DO NOT STAY HERE

I really wish I could give Jazz Hotel a good review, I really do. First of all, even though my airport shuttle was overpriced (4x the price of a taxi), I wanted to like Jazz since my driver was nice. But that interaction was probably the only positive one I had at Jazz with their staff. Where to begin: front staff is rude and gives conflicting information. Air-conditioning is WEAK. Hallways are NOISY and rooms are not properly insulated from the noise. And finally, the kicker. This horrible place decided to charge me TWICE for my stay. Even though I showed them my confirmation that I had paid online, they would NOT LET ME LEAVE UNTIL I PAID AGAIN. Not only was this HORRIBLY offensive, they had the wrong number for my credit card on file, and ran it numerous times before telling me that MY CARD had insufficient funds. I check the number, tell them it's wrong, and they tell me I must have given them the wrong information. Help me, Jesus...stay away from this ridiculous place and their administrative shortcomings.
