“We really enjoyed our stay at Case Nucci. Riccardo is friendly, helpful and a great host. The location is perfect to visit Perugia, Assisi and other fabulous hill towns. The mattresses and bed linens were outstanding. Per government regulations (Ukraine war) there wasn’t any heat during our stay so the evenings were chilly. Making a fire was the only option, the wood was an extra charge every evening that that was unexpected. Kitchen essentials would have been appreciated. Overall score is……

“Incredible stay! Property was beautifully restored and outfitted, and immaculately clean when we arrived. The host was very responsive, helping us bring in a local chef and responded quickly to our various questions during our stay. The heated pool was wonderful. The property was the right size for seven guests. We hope to return because six nights here wasn’t enough! I wish there was an option to give higher than five stars!”

“Bellissime camere, dotate di ogni confort, immerse nel verde della campagna toscana. Camere spaziose, comode, luminose e attrezzate di tutto. Proprietari ospitali e gentili, sempre pronti a fornire indicazioni. Grazie di tutto , torneremo senz'altro!”

“Questa casa è un paradiso! E' immersa nel verde, con una piscina mozzafiato vista colline umbre e un tramonto da togliere il fiato. 5 camere da letto con relativi bagni, biliardo, tavolo da ping pong e biliardino....passeggiate nel verde...barbecue....non aggiungo altro! Bisogna tornarci al più presto ”
