Excellent hotel in a great location. The Peninsula Tokyo lives up to the Penisula's reputation as a premier hotel. The staff is incredible and our trip was capped off with a last minute dinner reservation the concierge was able to get us at one of Tokyo's Michelin two star restaurants.

plesant Nice hotel with very courteous people from the front desk to the dining personnels. The breakfast was good but I wish they changed the menu a little everyday. Room is clean although it is on a smaller side.

Very pleased with Palace Hotel Tokyo Our family of four stayed 7 nights from late May to early June. The staff was very friendly and willing to help from the moment our taxi pulled over. The lobby was lovely with impressive artwork and fresh flower arrangement. Our room was clean, comfortable and thoughtfully appointed. I was so impressed ...

Excellent location, beautiful amenities, tiny roomI love this hotel for many reasons: its friendly staff, the awesome 24hour grocery store next door, its closeness to the wonderful insanity of Akihabara, and most of all the lovely indoor/outdoor onsen. But the room was atrocious. I actually liked the shower only bathroom (onsen onsen onsen), but ...

7 Days at the BFirst impressions were: Quiet, Clean, Friendly/Helpful staff members and very accommodating. Close to train yet somewhat away from the crowdsOur go to hotel when we need a place to stay in tokyo. We like that it is a stones throw away from the trains that will take you to shibuya or ometosanto areas. Rooms are a good size and clean but the rooms do need some updating. Overall a good stay and we would be back.
