“Brand new hotel, extremely well prepared, immaculately decorated and equipped. Staff outstandingly courteous and helpful. Location fine, just a five minute walk from old city centre. If I am to be picky, water machine would be better placed mid corridor not at one end and we would prefer 2 chairs in room rather than 2 stools. We would definitely rate it excellent and will stay again”

“Centrally located in the old town with everything within walking distance. The room and bed were comfortable. The shower and great pressure and a lot of hot water. The hotel has a lift for the convenience of guests. The staff were very helpful. Overall, an excellent place to stay with great value for money.”

“We were staying in a twins room. The room size is good enough for two people, it's great we couldn't hear the sound of outside and it could keep us in a quite place. The facilities in the rooms are in good condition and very clean. It's located in the center of the city, walk around 20 minutes to train station though. But you can choose to take tram there. Overall the price for this room is worth staying.”

“The staffs are helpful and nice. The breakfast is good and delicious. Room is spacious but saw cockroaches few times. Furnitures are a bit outdated. Since the price is reasonable, I think this place is acceptable.”

I recommend having a breakfast at green egg downstairs, there is also a lots of little restaurants in the building with live music on weekends. I highly recommend this place.”

“Located on the pedestrian part of beautiful main town Gdansk, Hotel Holland has everything that Gdansk has to offer on its doorstep. The room was spotless and spacious and the bed was super comfortable. Only thing to note, it’s an older hotel and all floors and stairway have wooden floors so sound can travel. If you are sensitive to noise then it might be worth taking earplugs. The staff are friendly and the food (we only had breakfast here) is freshly made and good value for money. We’d love to……

“When we arrived mid afternoon, we could not get into the property. Contacted the number on door. Was informed I should have received an access code he sent thru Expedia. No code. After constantly ringing the bell, a young lady allowed us to come in, she had been cleaning. We contacted Expedia via chat and were informed they had not received an email from the property. The owner kept informing us without the code, he could not give us access to the room! Not knowing what to do, an email finally……
