“Overall, this is a great option if you want to stay in the city center. However, the condition of the rooms and the overall feel of the hotel don’t really match a true 5-star standard. That said, the service is excellent and the staff were very helpful. One thing I found quite strange for a 5-star hotel is that there were no slippers in the room. Also, the toiletries shown in the hotel photos did not match what was actually provided. In general, it was still a good stay, but expectations……

“this was our third location at edition hotels, which was also the most astonishing one of em all. the mattress feels like it’s been used for 50 years, you sink into the bed not lying on it, pretty ridiculous for a FIVE STAR HOTEL. some doorman / doorwoman don’t open the door for you, but they do open the door for white ppl. however, the cleaning crew are very very nice with no exception, that was the only relief to our overall staying. ”

“This is a very decent hotel. Great location. A few steps from the bus station thanks to the fantastic traffic planning for the city. Excellent choices of pillows. The staff are warm and friendly. Apart from the little accident that happened at the first night(the hotel didn't give me the port view room that I booked because of the booking system problem, so make sure you double confirm the room type with the hotel via message before you arrive. Although they tried to fix it once they found out……
