Comfortable nights stay

Basic yet very comfortable. Nice breakfast and friendly staff. Staff spoke limited English but enough to pose no issues when helping to book a taxi on a day the country went on strike.

Hot stuffy hotel with air-conditioning not working

Very disappointing and uncomfortable 3 night stay. We arrived in the evening after a long drive, and the air conditioning did not work in a stiflingly hot room. After alerting the lady at reception, we were told to wait 10 minutes and she would try and adjust the central controls (nonsense as there are no central controls). Then when that had no effect I went back and she said something about a technician checking. My husband and I were not prepared to wait any longer to cool down and insisted we change rooms, to which the lady asked if we had used the toilet or towels in the original room (!!!!????) We finally got tranferred to a new room on an upper floor. After initially appearing to work (some noise this time when air con unit was switched on), it became apparent that this one wasn't functioning either. We spent 3 uncomfortable and sweaty nights in the height of summer, unable to cool down or sleep well, as needed to leave window open to get air (room faced busy street). Even the hotel bar did not serve wine (unbelievable to be told there was no wine, considering it is a wine producing area). When I checked out, I asked to be contacted by a manager so I could discuss my utter dissatisfaction about the state of the air-conditioning and discomfort for hotel guests in the height of summer. 6 days has passed and there has been no contact. Disappointing hotel with complete lack of concern for customer comfort or welfare.

Decent, clean hotel.

Hotels.com information clearly states the 54 rooms open onto a fully furnished balcony and that there is a shower with separate bath and bidet. This was not the case. We got NO balcony and NO bath or bidet. Because the hotel was full, we could not be moved. In effect, we paid 25 euros extra for a balcony and a bathtub to relax after a long hard drive, which we did not get. Shabby!

Chambre 47 à éviter ! !

Élément négatif : la chambre 47 se situe juste à côté de portes battantes bruyantes, ce qui rend le réveil matinal ! Et malgré la remarque faite au personnel (qui nous avoue être au courant du problème), aucun changement de chambre ou geste commercial proposé (prix de 91€ tout de même)... dommage !

Accueil pas très chaleureux !!! Et le studio n'était pas très propre, traces sur les murs, miettes dans le réfrigérateur, les couloirs de l'hôtel pas super propre.

Dommage pour les dernières impressions...

Dans l'ensemble plutôt satisfait. Cependant, lorsque les chambre sont mise en place, les draps propres sont entreposés au sol et les gobelets en plastique mis à disposition dans les salles de bain sont transporté avec les produits d'entretien. Le petit déjeuner est extrement cher pour la prestation proposée.
