Must be recently refurbished- everything was very new and clean. Room is small, but standard for a Tokyo business hotel. Breakfast buffet was pretty good for a reasonable price.
Well located hotel relatively near Tokyo Station and great value for money. Room amenities were decent and room was large by Tokyo standards. Hotel restaurant looked somewhat sad but food options are plenty nearby. Staff spoke very good English by Japanese standards, and were helpful. Just one thing ...
Great location, close to the centre and surrounded by high quality shopping, and a higher concentration of restaurants and bars of every variety than you have ever seen (or at least I have ever seen). And the range is enormous from Michelin Starred sushi to pizzerias; from nightclubs to wine bars ...
Just a short walk away from numerous transport links, including Tokyo station itself, this Fresa Inn is the perfect budget stay in Ginza without sacrificing on quality. Of course, as it’s a Japanese hotel room (and in Tokyo no less), the room is a little on the small side, but for a traveling couple ...
Close to Tokyo station, stopped one night only while transiting. Room smallish but fine for one night.
We wanted a high-end hotel near Tokyo station without paying a fortune. This hotel met all the criteria. Large room, excellent amenities, friendly and helpful staff. Very good buffet breakfast as well (both Japanese and Western style) at reasonable price. I can recommend this property without ...
We stayed here for only two nights but the staff was amazing and the location was great. It’s a quieter part of Tokyo but had everything you need nearby including a few amazing restaurants. Definitely would recommend this hotel!
Very nice hotel, and the location is great: next to the TCAT (Tokyo City Airport Terminal), and a subway station is directly accessible by elevator from the hotel.
I lost my phone and the wonderful staff helped me make calls to the restaurant I went to and the taxi I took ( thank goodness the taxi gave me a receipt with details). English isn’t spoken widespread in Japan. Turned out my phone was left in the taxi. The staff gave me concise directions to the taxi ...
Attentive staff, nice room, earthquake during stay felt like being rocked, on the 31st floor
All staff ,restaurants, facilities especially hot spring are all good. Location is best, because from Tokyo station to hotel it takes only five minutes by walk.
Overall, a real bargain and I'm sorry we didn't stay there longer. Only issue was the room was quite small but the staff, smart use of space and excellent value more than made up for this.
Convenient location to and from T-Cat, clean rooms, nice tenpura restaurants nearby, and a couple of convenient stores around too, overall very satisfied with this hotel
I was not disappointed with this hotel. The staff was there for everything I needed and went above and beyond what I was expecting. If I go back to Tokyo I will be definitely staying at the Mandarin Oriental.
The hotel is located very close to the fish market. Unfortunately we missed the tuna auction and heard that they will be moving the show. However there are plenty of street food stalls that offer variaety of fish and other food. There are also a great japanese restaurant just 3mins away. The hotel ...
