The staff was great. I will be writing them a personal thank you as soon as I get over my jet lag as I just got home to Los Angeles some hours ago. The Four Seasons staff members have always been great as I stay at a lot of Four Seasons Hotels. But, this afternoon at 2PM, it was incredible for a ...
First time to stay with my family. Usually here by myself for work travel. Tokyo Metro station located in hotel basement is such a great feature. Also the TCaT (Tokyo City air terminal) is right beside. This is a stop for the airport limo buses to get to both Narita and Haneda airports. Look for ...
Nice quiet big room hotel near Tsukiji Fish Market and with a beautiful view of Tokyo and Sumida River. My wife Jean I enjoyed the big luxurious room with full amenities. Staff at Front Office are very nice and friendly. Will definitely stay there again with iur family next time.
The Mandarine Oriental is a fantastic hotel. Period. You can not go wrong staying here. Where they truly excel is their rooms and personal touches they add to the rooms. Our room was large with a beautiful bathroom. The windows overlooking Tokyo run from ceiling to floor for a simply exquisite view. ...
it was great. will definitely stay here again. Inquired about nice restaurants nearby to have dinner for our anniversary & we got a surprise when we checked in. a small gift and a greeting both on a card & on the tv screen. nice touch! a very nice gesture. truly had a memorable experience during ...
I would highly recommend this hotel, good location and good breakfast. To airports very easy, staff are friendly and helpful.
Nice hotel - rooms are a bit on the small size (although I was offered an upgrade which I declined). Room reminded me of a typical Manhattan NYC hotel room- the carpet and furnishings are a bit long-in-the-tooth but everything is comfortable and clean. A/C and wifi worked well.
I could have given all excellent but our non smoking room sometimes smelled tabacco. That was disappointing. Otherwise, the size of room was great for the cost, bathroom was also roomy. Hotel decoration made me felt like I was in Europe.
We were taking a few days in Tokyo and needed an accessible location. We got upgraded but the room is really very small even for Japan standards. Staff are friendly and effort was made to ensure our comfort so all in all, still a good experience especially for the price in Tokyo.
This was our last hotel during a 10-day vacation in Japan, and we were excited about trying the Solaria. The hotel location is great - one block from major Ginza shopping streets, and close to many small restaurants, convenient stores and subway. We stayed in a standard double room. We have stayed ...
Initial issue with cigarette smell in room changed room hotels should set aside rooms as only non smoking as no amount of room freshener takes away the smell Great lobby excellent staff and very clean
Unless you can afford luxury hotels I imagine it is tough to find a decent sized room in Japan. In this price range I found a tiny room that my 6' 2" 250# frame had a tough time in with an even tinier bathroom. I arrived in morning and was disappointed that their 3 pm checkin was strictly enforced ...
