"Amazing hotel and staff in perfect location."
My wife 9 month old daughter stayed at this Four Seasons from August 1-7th 2015. The hotel is nestled in off the Main Street around the corners from Tokyo Station. The location is perfect to explore Tokyo and you can get a Shinkasen to almost anywhere in Tokyo (or Japan) from Tokyo station. The hotel is extremely clean and well kept, the staff are just amazing. We were treated like royalty, and our daughters every need was looked after. Our room was double booked on the first night but the staff went out of their way to make up for it. The staff always helped us with booking our tickets on the Shinkasen and walked us to our departing platform, they even picked us up upon our arrival to make sure we made it back without issue. We cannot say enough good things about the hotel or its staff, everything was just perfect!

"Everyone should experience this hotel at least 1x"
I cannot speak highly enough about this hotel. It is by far the finest hotel experience I've ever had (and I've stayed in other luxury hotels elsewhere in the world). My praise extends to the room, which is packed with amenities both big and small that make you feel like a king/queen. As an example, the curtains that go up/down at a touch of a button (located at your bedside) that open onto your stunning view of Tokyo (awesome day and especially night). My praise also extends to the staff who are so attentive and friendly. Regardless of their designated title, they helped respond to my requests quickly and eagerly. They welcomed me when I came back to the hotel and wished me a good day as I departed. The staff truly cared about me and what I wanted. The Cantonese restaurant had tasty food (even the tea menu was amazing), and the staff were just as attentive and caring. This was truly an amazing experience. That's why I titled the review as everyone should experience this hotel at least once. Chances are, though, that you'll want to experience it many times after that.

"Tiny room, big American. Great location."
Unless you can afford luxury hotels I imagine it is tough to find a decent sized room in Japan. In this price range I found a tiny room that my 6' 2" 250# frame had a tough time in with an even tinier bathroom. I arrived in morning and was disappointed that their 3 pm checkin was strictly enforced (they did end up letting me in at 2) and even more that the checkout was at 10 am and I got a phone call at 10:30 chasing me out of room. But I probably would stay again as everything was clean and staff was as nice as possible (although as with all Tokyo they spoke little English). They did secure my camera bag behind desk and had area to safely leave luggage. Best thing is location location location. It is an easy 5-10 minute walk from Tokyo Station so I landed at Narita took the very nice Narita Express one hour train ride to the Station and with a map I had printed from internet easily made it to hotel, which had plenty of Western services nearby - 7Eleven, Starbucks, McDonalds, etc., and an "Irish Pub" just down street from hotel. City is easy to navigate with maps posted all over and train/subway stations with English names, which make finding where you are on adjacent maps very easy. I've never walked so much in my life and loved the city. Be prepared for little English - spoken or on signs though ...

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at this hotel in Tokyo. The location was a good launching point to visit several districts around the city. Very clean, very safe, the breakfast was good, and the staff was very accommodating.

"a tiny room in a good location"
Across the famous Tsukiji Fish Port Market, 100m from a subway station, and in walking distance to the Ginza district, the location was great. With 700 Yen coupons, we had breakfast at the market… (we chose not to eat at the hotel) for the hotel lobby and its diner were just a tiny little place that would be crowded had 6 people come at the same time. Such are the rooms. We were shown accidentally a regular room. No space, no window light. Our quite expensive room had "a balcony"- so our itinerary said. Yet it was a window with no view. The balcony was not meant to be used as such but as an escape route to reach the flow below. The bathroom was very clean. Its door blocked the T.V., in such an expensive room. If the saying is true: "You get what you pay", I felt betrayed at first. Yet the location was rewarding.
