Nice Reasonable hotel with good service.

Nice hotel for 3*,friendly staff and the breakfast was very good.Did not use the restaurant but the bar was very nice with good service. Location just outside the town was nice and quiet. Prices were very reasonable and altogether a great spot to stay.

Sleepless and out of touch in Cieszin.

Overall a good hotel....but! The WiFi in the room was poor. The bed sagged in the middle and was not That comfortable. To say the hotel bar prices were outrageous is an understatement.

Nice place to stay in journey. There was a problem with breakfast price. In the evening when we declare eating breakfast it was 35 pln but in the morning 39 pln. Fortunately after some discussions about that we have paid this lower price. Apart of that the breakfast was very tasty. Remember to be sure that staff notice your decision about eating breakfast.

Pros: very great service
Location: near the boarder Czeck - Poland
the sauna is available upon request for no charge, they opened it for us at 2 AM

Ok hotel, certainly for the price. A bit away from the main points of interest but as I was working it was perfect for me.

All of the staff in hotel and restaurant were extraordinary. Would definitely stay there again.

Great hotel in Cieszyn, PL. Comfort & Convenience

Visited family and friends in PL and CZ Republic areas of Cieszyn. Very comfortable room and bathroom. Enjoyed the service and all our requests were satisfied.

Nice hotel friendly staff walking distance to town

Pros: Friendly helpful staff, clean rooms, spacious public spaces
Cons: Bed comfort
Location: Near to town centre with good bars and redtaurants
Easy check in/out good breakfast fair choice of food. Only problem was eating in restaurant on Sunday evening food good but service poor, there were 6 in our group and our meals all arrived at different times so some had almost finished before others arrived.
