Modern, comfortable hotel with an artsy vibe!

This hotel is very cool! It has interesting artwork in the lobby and second floor. There is a restaurant in the hotel and several right across the street. It is nice to try out hotels that are not just a "cookie cutter" hotel while traveling. We enjoyed our stay and I would highly recommend..

Nice but gimmicky downtown hotel

Very nice hotel but no outside window in our room, no lobby to speak of. Bed was too soft for me-personal taste. Close to streetcar and restaurants a big plus.

Great hotel

The hotel was very nice. We were really impressed by how helpful and kind the staff was during our stay. The hotel itself was classy and very clean. Definitely would stay again

As a road warrior and frequenter to Cincinnati for business, this is the best hotel in downtown Cincinnati.

Absolutely amazing. The hotel is extremely well done. The art is a nice get away without leaving. The rooms were very comfortable and also artsy. Out of many places we've stayed one of the best. Customer service was out standing. Will definitely return.

Great hotel!

Great hotel. Loved the museum! Loved the bottles of water given on check in and check out. Nice touch. My only petty complaint is the mini bar in our room only had white wine, no red wine. I think since you have such a good selection of liquors and beers red wine should also be in the offering.

Great hotel in the heart of Cinci

Pros: The valet service was excellent. We left the hotel a few times a day and the valet staff were very attentive. We were walking distance to restaurants
Cons: Need an additional waste basket in room by desk.
Location: Close to the stadiums, great restaurants, theater, Macy's, etc
The service at the hotel was excellent. The front desk personnel were friendly, personable and helpful. The valet service was excellent. We left the hotel a few times a day and the valet staff were very attentive. We were walking distance to some great restaurants. The beds were comfortable - two queens. The room was large, comfortable, clean and quiet. The bathroom was large and clean. I loved the yellow penguins popping up in different places around the hotel. The coffee service in the morning was great also. I highly recommend.

Best Hotel in the City

This truly is a top rated hotel for good reason. They know how to do customer service perfectly-keep you comfortable and have whatever you need, when you need it ,without hovering. Blen was the best! The hotel property with it's art exhibitions makes it a special and more unique experience than other hotels. The rooms are beautifully furnished and comfortable. An all around great experience.
