Cosmopolitan Comfort

Pros: See above
Cons: No coffee pot in room.
Location: I was there on business - very close to the business district and in the heart of the theater/arts scene
European modern luxury! Comfortable room, Luxurious bed, great room service, close to everything!

Great Downtown Hotel

I had a wonderful stay at the 21c in Cincinnati (for the most part). The rooms were decorated wonderfully with a slight bit of whimsy. Staff at checkin was friendly and accommodating. The valet was prompt. And those penguins.... With that being said, I did not give the hotel five stars because I left my toiletry bag in the room and housekeeping was unable to recover it. It took over 24 hours to receive a return call. And ultimately, the bag was not found. I find this hard to believe considering I had the bag in the hotel and did not take it with me at my departure. So, unfortunate given what a great time I had prior to check out.

Stayed one night. The staff was friendly. The hotel was clean. Valet parking is over priced. Would recommend.

Excellent hotel

One of the best, if not the best hotel in downtown Cincinnati. The contemporary artwork throughout the hotel is cool. Rooms are very nice, with maybe a European look. Staff very helpful. All around, an excellent property.

Unique hotel! Nice place, everything was modern and clean. Staff was very friendly. Room was a bit too warm most of the night, partly due to warm weather, but still made it uncomfortable to sleep. Room did not have a tub, contrary to the photos and description. Art gallery in the lobby is NSFW so probably not the right place for kids.

Hotel staff very friendly and helpful. Valet staff was excellent also. Great location for shows or concerts at the Arinoff. Unique & fun decor! Very clean!

Exactly What We Needed

21c never disappoints whether staying in Louisville or Cincinnati. I love the modern upscale comfort of the rooms. Fun exhibits in the museum portions, excellent restaurants attached. Check out out their brunch sometime I add. Location is everything: near bars, museums, cafes, pubs, event venues. I'm falling in love all over again with Cincy. Thanks 21c.
