Great hotel in the heart of Cinci

Pros: The valet service was excellent. We left the hotel a few times a day and the valet staff were very attentive. We were walking distance to restaurants
Cons: Need an additional waste basket in room by desk.
Location: Close to the stadiums, great restaurants, theater, Macy's, etc
The service at the hotel was excellent. The front desk personnel were friendly, personable and helpful. The valet service was excellent. We left the hotel a few times a day and the valet staff were very attentive. We were walking distance to some great restaurants. The beds were comfortable - two queens. The room was large, comfortable, clean and quiet. The bathroom was large and clean. I loved the yellow penguins popping up in different places around the hotel. The coffee service in the morning was great also. I highly recommend.

Best Hotel in the City

This truly is a top rated hotel for good reason. They know how to do customer service perfectly-keep you comfortable and have whatever you need, when you need it ,without hovering. Blen was the best! The hotel property with it's art exhibitions makes it a special and more unique experience than other hotels. The rooms are beautifully furnished and comfortable. An all around great experience.

Great downtown hotel

Excellent downtown location & terrific contemporary art collection. Metropole restaurant has great food choices & friendly staff.

Nearly Perfect

Our stay at 21C was nearly perfect. The staff was friendly and warm from our initial arrival until our departure. The room was very spacious and the eclectic décor was an additional bonus. We ordered late night room service as well as breakfast and both were exceptional. The only real issue I saw was there was a large, white stain on a grey sofa in the room. It was very noticeable and unsettling to assume what caused the stain. We were staying at 21C for an anniversary weekend and this seemed like something that should have been handled even if that meant replacing the sofa entirely. After all, this isn't the Econo Lodge; this is a 4-star hotel. So, clearly this was a cleanliness issue for me. Also, just a heads up to those planning to stay, the valet service is $38/night. This adds up quickly, especially for those of us who believe in a quality tip for these services. Parking on your own, in that area of Cincinnati, is more hassle than it's worth. Valet was my only option. I expect to valet at a high rate, but I have had valet overnight services for cheaper rates at the Ritz Carlton than I had at 21C. Overall, though, I would both stay here again and recommend this hotel for those traveling to the Cincinnati area.

Weekend getaway

Couple's weekend away. Was a great place to stay. A great location topped with even better service. Metropole was a must visit.

Perfect in many ways, but no fresh air

This is a really fine hotel, super friendly staff, a literal museum on the first floor! Everything about it is first class. But I really prefer hotels that have windows that open or balconies, and this has neither. That's the only flaw. Even the room service and mini bar are great with rare FAIRT prices!

The staff went out of their way to ensure that our trip was wonderful. Upon arrival, they put us on the highest floor with the best view possible without us having to ask. We also left tickets in our car that we needed for a show that evening. The valet staff retrieved them from the car and hand delivered them to our room! The room was very beautiful and clean. We couldn't have been happier with our stay.

trendy, awesome gem in downtown Cininnati!

had a great time, was a spur of the moment staycation in downtown. 21c was also where we spent our anniversary earlier that year; such a nice, clean, trendy place. we always have a blast there with the comfort of our room and the bar downstairs as well!
