Needs met.

Pros: Close to the tennis tournament. Good breakfast.
Cons: The only thing is that I think the rooms are a bit pricy because of the size. And the bathroom was very small.
Location: Kings Island, the tennis tournament.
Easy to find, staff was wonderful, quite at night. Room had a slight odor that I think was from the air conditioner. Was surprised the room was not bigger. But overall it was fine and would probably stay there again.

Unfortunately our rates do rise during that event, but if you find yourself looking for a room this fall and winter our rates will be much more affordable. best western stay

Stayed two nights and they did not clean sink, waste baskets or floor between the two days. Only made bed and clean towels. Carpets had some spots on floor.

OK hotel in good location

OK stay. Starting from elevators floor tiles broken,ceiling tiles broken. Room very small with single queen bed,bed sheets and blankets very old and shabby. just not sure a hotel franchise like Best Western can not notice these things whichwe saw in a single night stay.

Nice hotel for couple of days

Comfortable room with microwave and refrigerator. Nice pool, hot tub needs work. Breakfast variety was great.

Nice stay

The room "looked" clean (gum stuck to the sink, someone's sock left behind the tv). The blower on the air does go on/off throughout the night, but didn't keep me awake. The beds weren't great (hubby & I woke with achy backs both days), but not horrible. Breakfast was ok (stafffseemed irritated). Plenty of restaurants in the area!! The pool is small, but our kid had fun. Would stay again for a cheaper rate. Front desk staff was wonderful!

bathwater hot tub

The hotel was nice and the room was comfortable. There were some cracked tiles in places. The fitness center was average for a hotel. The one thing I was really looking forward to was sitting in the hot tub after a long day at King's Island. I was highly disappointed in the hot tub. For one it was barely lukewarm-like bath water. Secondly, the jets barely made a ripple in the water. If you don't care about the hot tub then the place is worth the price. However, do not choose this hotel because they have a hot tub.

Nice hotel except for the fire alarm going off 3 times in the middle of the night. This caused me to have to drag my children outside.

Close to Kings Island.

Beds & breakfast. All we really needed. And a pool for the kids. Just a basic hotel room which was all we wanted. Hot tub wasn't working, more like a bathtub.

Quaint hotel in a good location

Pros: Location
Location: King's Island is 5 miles away and lots of shopping opportunities within a few minutes drive.
The housekeeping staff was excellent. Except for the night front desk attendant, the other front des attendants were very accommodating.
