Excellent hotel in a quaint neighborhood!

Posted Aug 1, 2015
Pros: Everything
Cons: longer time for coffee in the am
Location: Great assortment of shops and places to eat in walking distance
Clean and very quiet rooms. Minutes from town and very easy access to anywhere. get away from the hustle and bustle of downtown or sharonville and stay here.

Hidden Gem in Cincinnati

Posted Jul 16, 2015
Pros: Beautiful historic location!
Cons: more advertising. I didn't know this place existed.
Got this hotel by default due to limited availability from all Cincy hotels. I was so surprised when we arrived. The hotel was clean and the staff was so welcoming. Location is perfect for going into downtown.

Old Fashion Gem

This was a great hotel. It is in one of the first planned communities in the US and has this beautiful Old English look. The rooms were very well kept and had neat little features that you have to check out.

Great experience - wonderful details

Posted Apr 17, 2015
This hotel has been remodeled and all the little details that make a trip wonderful have been considered. There was even a motion-sensor night light on the bottom of the night stand for middle of the night trips to the bathroom. The restaurant in the hotel was absolutely delicious with simple gourmet entrees. Loved every minute and would highly recommend to all.

Wow!

Posted Mar 27, 2015
Pros: Room, restaurant, location.
Cons: Open a similar place near where I live.
Location: Shop, walk, eat, explore.
I was a road warrior for about 20 years until I recently retired. This is NOT your average Best Western (sorry to the parent for the left-handed compliment). Very nice and large room, excellent Tempurpaedic (sp?) bed, nice in room "fire" place. Absolutely superb restaurant with terrific healthy and guilty specialities (even for breakfast). Great location, local shopping and central to the Mariemont area, with its own shared parking. Great wine/food boutique stores as well as (other) restaurants within a few hundred yards. A bit pricey for Best Western, but worth every extra penny.

Great place to stay

Posted Jan 3, 2015
The hotel has a feel of olde England with the wooden beams, fire places etc. The room was spacious, bed very comfortable and all the facilities you'd want. I would certainly stay there again and would have no hesitation in recommending it.

Jimmy Buffet and we needed a place to stay.

Location: The Village of Mariemont is just outside your door with several places to eat and shop. A movie theatre plays classical movies just across the street.
The Mariemont is a uniquie, classic place to stay. It is a beautiful structure located in the village of Mariemont which was built in the early 1920s. The place has been recently renovated. The beds were very comfortable (I think Temperpedic). The TV is hidden behind a screen that comes up when you want to watch TV. Nightlights neear the floor built into the night stand come on when you get up in the dark. The refrigerator is built into the bathroom vanity so the noise is away from the bedroom. A great place!
