First of all, we booked 2 bed option with Expedia, they only had one king bed room when we checked in. They also said they cannot refund the difference because we booked through 3rd party (Expedia). Second, the elevators is sooooo old and were broken half of the time while 3 days we stayed there. (this hotel is like a maze.. it’s not easy to find stairs neither and the stairs are so far away!!). So good luck getting back to your room, lol Third, housekeeping barely do any cleaning. They didn’t even take our trash.. at the end, we had mountain of trashes. Glass door to the bathroom was disgusting. Pool is so small and depressing, our girls didn’t wanted to go in. Same goes fitness room. And it’s a small thing but the water fountain in the lobby has “bottle option” but the bottle option is broken. So we couldn’t fill in our water bottle. Food options is good. Many restaurants near by. Other shops (marshals..etc) are near by too. That is the only positive side. Staffs were nice. I also like the little “spray” for the bed. Smells so nice.

This property was amazing and I will be booking the property again! The staff were so friendly and I believe her name was Erica who made sure that the room was ready for Check In early and went out of her way to ensure my guest was well taken care off. It is right next to the freeway, so there is some noise, not horrible, but some. The room was nice and clean and the staff were very helpful.

This property is lovely inside. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Our room was very clean and tastefully decorated. However, we did not sleep. The beds are ROCK HARD! So uncomfortable! After tossing and turning for hours I got up to use the bathroom and considered trying to sleep in the chair… but decided it wasn’t feasible. In the morning my husband immediately said he was getting up because he couldn’t stand any more punishment. He said at one point in the night he had an idea that maybe these were adjustable/ sleep number- like beds and got up to look around for a switch or remote or something. No such luck. Even my ten year old daughter who typically has zero opinions on beds complained. Marriott has a lovely hotel here, but I can’t give them a good review when I got a horrible night’s sleep.

This stay is right off the highway and surrounded by a lot of restaurants and things to do! I forgot my toothbrush and some razors for my girlfriend and they were kind enough to bring them to my room. It was also very quiet and soundproof even with kids on our floor. Everyone was nice and respectful, I will definitely come and stay here again every time I’m in Cincinnati!

When we walked into the hotel there were four employees behind the counter. Every one of them were friendly and my wife and I talked for several minutes with them. Very nice staff!! Our room was very clean. Believe me, we check everything. However for the price, no free breakfast, no microwave in the room, you had to hold the toilet handle down so it would flush all the way and the shower leaked all over the bathroom floor. Not just a little, we had a swimming pool on the bathroom floor. For us, way to expensive for what we got. Toss in free breakfast and a microwave and maybe.

This hotel isn’t bad considering we just needed a place to lay and rest for the night. The place didn’t seem bad, it was clean and the staff was really kind. I just think the hall ways are really really dark, it gives a depressing vibe from a horror movie. My daughter was scared walking through the hall ways. Also, they don’t have a microwave in the room, you have to walk all the way down stairs to warm up your food which I found very odd. 4.5/10

The property is in a good location for the tennis tournament I attended. The hotel and the restaurant on site were not adequately staffed. Wait times for service and food in the restaurant were way too long even by today’s standards.

Hotel was nice, staff was great, i think for the price the room could of been nicer. Our bed was really hard and the pillows were not the greatest. Clean hotel but for the price would probably not stay again.

For the room to be $400 it was very small and not up to date as I’d hope. Had a very strong smell coming out of the sink like a decaying smell also the room didn’t even have a microwave. It was my Birthday so I was very disappointed and Will not be staying again

Amazing
After checking into a filthy nasty hotel the kings inn!! We had to leave and chosen to go to this wonderful location.Little pricey due to all the action going on in Cincinnati over the weekend but well worth it!!! Staff was amazing treated us as soon as we walked in! Room was spacious superbly clean. Drinks at the bar tasty!! And the food was amazing! Definitely making this our Hotel for Reds and Bengals games WHO Dey

The A/C in my room wasn’t working and they relocated me after maintenance had a look. It was a little inconvenient but at least the A/C in the 2nd room was working better. The staff was friendly and courteous. The room was clean and quiet.
