Pros: newly renovated rooms are so comfortable!
Unexpectedly, we had to extend our stay by 2 days. Staff were wonderful and we were able to remain in the same room for the entire time.

Basic Near Airport

Pros: Every thing was extra
Cons: Come on...these days everyone should include WiFi.
Basic Hotel near hotel airport with a shuttle. Was nice place but had no extras. Everything was an extra cost including WiFi even though we were Marriott members.

Great price for the quality of the stay

Total of 4 adults staying in one 2 full bed rooms. The hotel was very clean and accommodating. The hotel was under construction but the fourth floor was completely finished and looked great. Definitely would stay here again on our next trip to Cincinnati.

Rooms were good with the exception of room renovation going on. Management compensated with free breakfast tickets. I would recommend hotel.

Hands down the best stay!

Pros: It was my girlfriends 21st birthday and we were staying in Mason for the weekend to visit the casion and zoo. Upon arriving, Oliva was our receptionist that helped and since it was my girlfriends birthday she upgraded the room and got us taken care of immediately. That was great customer service and she was sweet as can be and so nice! Later that night, we left to go to the casino and when we got back there was a bottle of champagne and chocolate covered strawberries along with a note that was left by Olivia, also signed by other staff (Chris, Jasnia, and Tyler along with Olivia) This was the nicest thing and it was so thoughtful that they went out of there way to make her night and to bring her stuff. We really appreciate it and will be returning to this hotel and town more often. The customer service here was 10 times better than anywhere we have ever stayed and we have stayed in Hiltons in Califonia and mostly Meyerre condominiums in the south. The staff and stay were amazing! Most of all Olivia was a great receptionist and was amazing and we really appreciate what she did for us! Thank you guys so much and most of all thank you Olivia!
Cons: Not a single thing I could complain about. This hotel was amazing!
Location: Really nice town and really convenient with the stores and food choices nearby. Easy access and easy to get around as well.

Quiet and clean, even thou under construction .

Cons: Walking distance to doors with the luggage

Great hotel in a great location. They're in the process of renovating, but it wasn't an issue at all. Would definitely recommend.

Best staff ever!!!

We were just staying one night after a wedding. When we got to the room is was during a torrential rain storm and our window was leaking really bad. We didn't have time to deal with it. Upon our return from the wedding we couldn't get into our room! After several trips to the front desk for new keys the problem ended up being the battery in the key lock was dead!! The staff was ABSOLUTLEY AWESOME!!!! They tried everything possible to get into the room. They gave us free drinks and snacks while they were trying to get into the room. They ended up having to call a locksmith. They put us up in another room and secured all of our belongings until the morning. The staff truly bent over backwards to accommodate us. The hotel is in a great location, the rooms were clean and the staff very welcoming and helpful!!
