Great stay!

Pros: Every person working in this hotel was so friendly. The food in the restaurant was very good and they went out of their way to help.
I spent 4 nights and was very pleased. The hotel staff was so friendly, everyone of them. I will stay there anytime I'm in town!

Great hotel for the price!

I had reserved a double room and paid for it in advance and received a confirmation email that my room was guaranteed for late check in. I was traveling with another adult and two children, so I was very irritated that when I went to check in the room I paid for was unavailable. The man at the front desk was very nice and did his best to accommodate us by having 2 roll away beds brought into the king bed room that was available. It made the room extremely crowded, but we were only staying one night so we made the best of it. The hotel was beautiful and the breakfast buffet was the best that I've ever had in a hotel. I do think that rooms should not be "guaranteed" when in fact they're not which lies more on Expedia than the hotel though.

Conveniently located in an area with lots to do.

Close to Kings Island, Paul Brown Stadium and The Great American Ballpark. Plenty of restaurants and other attractions nearby.

Very nice large hotel. Outdoor pool was fantastic. Only complaint, no refrigerator or microwave in the room.

This hotel was aaaaaaamazing. I would definitely recommend this location. Great area for dining and shopping.

It got the job done.

Pros: Clean. Staff was nice.
Cons: Needs a face lift.
Location: We stayed there for our trip to Kings Island.
Our stay was fine. There was an issue with our reservation, but the front desk did what they could to take care of us. The room and service was fine, but nothing that really impressed us.

website said they had roll away but they didn't

Website advertised roll away. But when I got there the woman was rude and would not give it is because of of a fire code. That's fine but I picked this one because of the roll away. We had to sleep 3 to a bed.

the beds were super comfortable!

Check in was very quick. They changed our room type without the blink of an eye. Many areas to relax around the hotel. Outdoor pool was great.
