Pros: Location, ease of access to room and facilities, the retail staffers, sound resistent room.
Cons: expanded work area, free coffee for guests, firmer mattresses, a DESIGNATED interpreter for non English speaking staff.
Location: Central to many points of Cincinnatti interest and a plethora of retaurants. Recommend EnterTrainment Junction in West Chester
Pool small - but clean. No complimentary breakfast included. Internal staff communication falls short of expectation - I had a simple request, which actually reduced the cleaning staffs duty in my room, but the cleaning staff could not understand English, so told the desk clerk, who wrote it down, but the cleaning staff still did not get it right. Coffee packets were not replenished during the clean. There is a lack of comfortable work space. Lighting was good, room was clean, Retail staff were friendly, bed was too soft. Would I go back? Yes, but not at the same nightly rate. There are other places that will provide more of what I expect for comfort and work included in the nightly room rate.

It is hard to find this hotel by GPS and even from the road as it hides behind Residence Inn. We ended up at nearby Marriott who further directed us to this place. During check in the front desk person was nice but clearly made a point that since we booked with "expedia" even though the booking was with Hotels.com, we don't get credit for Marriott rewards and no room changes will be allowed even though their was availability. The next day the trauma continued, Hotels.com had charged us 16 dollars for breakfast package but the hotel said their system does not report breakfast included so it will not be honored. ON calling hotels.com customer service who inturn called the hotel only to be told that I was informed about breakfast value was only 16 dollars "a major LIE", as no one from the hotel ever mentioned this and infact they had informed me that their system does not have the breakfast. SO all in all if you want to go to this hotel, do not book with hotels.com or make sure you are ready for your argument with fact falsifying people.

The hotel was nice, however, I was not impressed with the food/restaurant. The food quality was cheap, but the prices were expensive. I would not recommend this place, unless you just want to stay in the room. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful.

Pretty much perfect in every way with nice people !!! Only remark is I wish the pool was a little bigger, very small. & I wish there was a microwave in the room. But I would definitely stay here again !!

Great hotel, completely renovated, at a great price in a great part of town. I got quite a deal on the rate, so if I can get that rate again, I'd stay again, but not at the full rate despite how nice it is.
