No hot water and that is unacceptable with that daily room rate. Could have stayed at another hotel that would not have had that problem. Breakfast is also disgusting. This is Hilton? SMH….. Not coming back to this hotel ever again.

Booked through Expedia Just the Worst…For 21 days I had to endure the worst conditions…Absolutely frustrating and unacceptable. This property doesn’t meet the basic Standard for a Double Tree…This Blue Ash Property is in such poor conditions, Black Mold in the showers, Bloody Hazmat Splatted on Drapes, Nasty and Dated interior, tv’s inop in suite, not enough staffing to offer meal service and Gym equipment in operable, washing Facility in operative. Only saving grace were Some of the Staff ( Some)

It would be nice of there were some updated amenities. Free WiFi and updated conveniences for charging personal devices. The staff were very friendly and courteous. Cleaning details in the room could be improved.

We were very pleased with everything about this hotel. Pleasantly surprised they had a great restaurant on property. So convenient after traveling several hours and not having to get in the car to find a place to eat. Full bar, tasty lamb chops, excellent wealthy rice bowl wit choice of toppings. I chose shrimp. The other topping options were chicken and steak. Our room had 2 TVs! One in the living room area, one in the bedroom. A large door can be closed to separate the areas. Perfect for a family with children. The other bonus was its pet friendly, so we could bring our cat. We got 2 coupons for free breakfast, valued at $21 each! If we’d stayed another night, they’d offered free drink coupons for the restaurant. The breakfast buffet had a nice choice of bagels, toast, juices, fresh berries, boxed cereal, oatmeal, and yogurt. Other choices were creamy scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, hash browns, and French toast. We highly recommend this hotel. All the staff is super friendly and accommodating. Very hard working and a real team effort!

Front desk staff was sitting in back room looking at mobile phone every time we came to the desk. We made multiple requests for bedding for the sofa bed and were promised it was on the way. Approaching bedtime, my wife finally tracked down someone who got us bedding. No sense of urgency by staff.

The hotel wasn’t as clean as expected but the staff everyone I met personally was very nice.However my whole trip the police was called wether it was on staff or guest.Very alarming

Everything was outdated. Only about half of the outlets in the room actually worked. Carpet was dirty. Mattresses was too hard and pillows too soft. Shower door was impossible to close all the way, shower door handle was loose. Toilet rocked on the floor. Bathroom door latch was installed incorrectly, leading to me cutting my thumb open. Staff was lovely, room was a complete disappointment.

I had a late check-in and had to wait a while to even check-in. The staff was not friendly or welcoming. Then there were no cookies available at check-in or check-out. Staff did not care or even offer a card for a complimentary cookie at anytime, which has been offered to me while staying at other locations. Finally, housekeeping came knocking at my door at 8:20am when check-out was not until 11am. Overall, this location was a DISAPPOINTMENT!
