Would Definitely Recommend

This hotel was the perfect combination of accessible, in a good neighborhood, clean, friendly staff, and comfortable that I'm surprised wasn't more expensive. The continental breakfast was a little lacking, but hey, it is free!

Bad for the brand.

Pros: Good customer service
Cons: cleaning of the bathroom.
Location: Movie Theaters, cinci zoo, aquarium
This is the only negative stay I've had at any extended stay hotel, to the point where I will go out of my way sometimes to stay at the chain. So perhaps we just got a bad room. Pretty gross bathroom, the pattern on the bathtub is easy to hide or not see dirt so the pubic hairs must have been overlooked. The room other than that was very clean. The office staff was really friendly. We had a problem with our tv not turning on and they fixed it quickly. The biggest problem was the a/c unit was only sort of working and the room was humid. So it was not very comfortable.

Nice - close to interstate, reasonably priced

Location: From I-275 you can connect to I-75 , I-70 , which can take you to various museums, Indian mounds . Dayton's Air museum
Was excellent - had suite with Queen bed and refrigerator, microwave , and was very quiet. Slept well

Nice for the Price

Pros: Good selection for the grab and go breakfast, very reasonable rates, courteous staff, good location.
Cons:
Location: The mall, Graeters, a few Skylines are all very close. A whole lot more as well.
This Extended Stay America is just as it appears in the pictures. The room is clean, although there were some strange spills (soda?) in the dresser drawers. The hotel staff is exceptionally courteous. The hotel is close to 275 so it's very convenient. Breakfast is granola bare, oatmeal, and muffins, as well as coffee and hot chocolate.

Decent hotel in a good area

Overall for the price and how last minute we needed to book this was good. It wasn't very comfy or homey feeling at all but it did it's purpose. A place to sleep and get ready. In the middle of the night a very loud high pitched beep went off and I have insomnia so it's incredibly hard for me to fall asleep so I woke up at 230 and didn't go back to sleep and had a big day planned in cincy so that was super inconvenient and I still don't know why it happened. The kitchen was very dated and there was a big smear of something on the picture in the bathroom. AC was wonderful and a nice tv. Beds need better bedding and different pillows.

Not as nice as advertised

Pros: Room was clean.
Cons: Fix toilet seat, more soap and shampoo Fix stairwell lights Real breakfast-- at least some cold cereal and juice
The room was OK. It was clean and in pretty good condition, but there were several problems. First the toilet seat was so loose that I thought it was going to fall off. Second, there was only 1 little bar of soap that didn't last through 2 showers and shaving the next morning. There was no shampoo or hair dryer-- I had to go to the office to get those. The stairwells had lights, but they were all out and there were several creepy people hanging around the stairs. I do not want to go back to that situation. There was no ice in the refrigerator, nor was the an ice bucket or an ice machine. We did find 2 plastic glasses the next morning hidden away. We had to take medicine the night before without using a cup. Breakfast was advertised. I consisted of a 4 foot table with coffee, a few rolls and oatmeal. Very poor!! We will not return here.

Not worth it

They were over booked put us in a double bed room. When I told them that wouldn't work they put us in a room next to office. No bathroom door. People kept slamming doors. She. I called office they laughed.

A Nice Surprise

Pros: Clean and no noise. Friendly staff
We were headed to Cincinnati for a four-day convention. We wanted to keep our lodging expenses low. Through Expedia we found this extended stay at a very good price. Never stayed at this property before or at any Extended Stay America. Decided to take a chance. When we arrived, we were quickly checked in by a very courteous staff member who provided a detailed overview of the property and its features. We found the room to be well appointed and clean with no noise issues.. We were disappointed that there was really no breakfast. However, we like eating at restaurants for breakfast and did not miss it at the hotel. Although we were about 18 miles from our convention site, traffic was not an issue. We had a good stay and will use it the next time we visit Cincinnati.

Friendly staff but amenities were sparse.

Things were not explained clearly to us. Did not know that for more than a one day stay that beds were not made and towels were not refreshed unless you gathered them up and brought them to the office. No ice machine. Continental breakfast was granola bars , strong coffee or smallpackaged muffins. Not the best. Sorry, would not recommend.

Just what we needed.

I was in town with my teen son for four days of sports training and we didn't want to break the bank. Having a full-sized fridge with freezer, a microwave and a kitchenette was a big plus for us. Staff was friendly, even when I lost my room key. Showed my ID, no fuss. The breakfast was passable, basically pre-packaged granola bars and muffins. We preferred to keep bagels and juice in our room, which was easy to do and more satisfying due to the kitchen facilities I described above. Location was excellent. Property abutted 275 and is just west of the intersection of 275 & 75. While we didn't head downtown, I can't imagine it would have taken us long to get there. There were literally dozens of options for dining within a 5 minute drive. Check out Roosters, just on the other side of 275, it was excellent. Wish we had time to hit Bass Pro, which was a five minute drive west on 275. It was easy to get groceries from the usual national and local big-box stores, which were nearby. TV was good, but not HD..local channels, along with what seemed like 10 versions of ESPN and multiple cable news channels to suit your political preferences. Beds weren't too bad, but bring your own pillow, their were a little airy for my taste. Bathroom was very good. Didn't have to fight with some futuristic faucets and when you wanted hot water, you got it! Overall, I would stay here again and it will be hard to beat the friendly staff, location and quality of the room for the price we paid.
