family visit

Pros: room was clean with a full kitchen
Cons: nothing
Location: 10 miles north of Cincinnati this hotel will do fine for budget conscious travelers who need a place to stay for a night or two
basic hotel with no outstanding amenities but staff was pleasant and accomodating

Used to be nice

Stayed at this hotel many times in the past and usually service and rooms are great but this last stay was horrible first the gap under the door allowed so much cold air into the room that I had to put a towel at the bottom of the door. Secondly the linens were dirty, and last the hotel is trying to charge my card a fee for smoking. I dont even smoke and like I said they need to fix the doors because along with the cold air came the smell of smoke from people who stand outside their doors and smoke in the open corridor. Used to be a nice place but this will be my last time staying there. Going downhill fast.

For the cost, I expected more.

Pros: The staff was very friendly.
Cons: Have basic kitchen items on hand at all times without request or additional charge. More breakfast options.
The room has a kitchenette, but nothing at all to use. I assume it's an added option, which is stupid. Don't even offer a kitchen if it's unusable. The bathroom had black hair all over it as if someone had been given a haircut. The breakfast option was on the sad side. Packets of oatmeal, granola bars, and coffee. Nothing else.

Me and my boyfriend frequent this location and it’s never really been a problem but this last stay was eh? When we got there I looked and the shower and it looked like the floor of the shower hadn’t been cleaned and the soap dish was still a little dirty like somebody had some old crusty soap in there , we also requested dishes and dish soap which took forever for us to receive at least 30 Minutes-1 hour the staff overall is pretty nice and this is the first time I’ve ever really had a problem just seems like they have a few problems they need to work out or they need to hire some more staff
