Beware lobby is really nice and clean but the Rooms were dirty stains in carpet found hair in the tub mold in the bathroom corners and it states they have complimentary breakfast but that a lie... It was nice when it was Fairfield inn suites but with the new owners this place is ran down

For starter, this property is being bought out. It will not be a Marriott property as of 2/1/24. The new owners are already starting off bad. The carpet on the first floor was soaked and smelled awful! The property definitely hasn’t been taken care of and I will probably never stay there again. The staff was nice! The property just wasn’t up to basic standards.

We had driven to Texas in back and then went to Cincinnati. Hard rock and needed a room. We had stayed at 304 motels over the week. And this was by far the best one that we found on our trip It was clean the reset, the Jacob. The greater was a fantastic gentleman and overall you coulld nit ask for better experience

Bed was extra firm actually too hard.When i checked in i know it may not be a big deal to most but when i hand you my id and credit card and you slide it back when i have my hand out to receive it i think of it as rude when she placed it on counter,i understand if not wanting to touch someones hand but if she took it out my hand i think it should be retuned same way as given just my opinion.I work in cs myself and the way i receive money or card is the way i give it back.Room was clean and upon checking out front desk person was very nice

The staff member that checked us in was excellent. She was nice and friendly and extremely helpful. Also, other staff members that I encountered were friendly and kind. Upon walking in the room, it had a stale smell. We went to the store to get air freshners to clear the air. There was a pillow case on one of the beds that had a stain on it. Also, the refrigerator never got cold enough to make our drinks cold. Also, the curtain was hanging down on one corner and I was not able to open up the patio door to go out on the balcony.

The front desk staff was superb! The free breakfast was very nice. Our room was very nice. I was concerned when we checked in and walked to our room to find it "propped open" with the door latch. I noticed several rooms like that on the way down the hall. I was assured by the front desk that this was normal procedure, that the cleaners left them that way to keep track and for management to follow behind to check. I didn't like that at all. Not secure. Anyone could have come in the room. Although the beds were made, they were not "super tidy," and I wondered if they had actually been made fresh. The trash bin liners were laying across the trash bins, not actually put in the bins. I don't recall that being the "norm." All these "little" things added up to being a bit disconcerting. All in all, it was a fine stay.

Came back from kings island to the hotel room and there where ants everywhere inside the room…hotel clerk said she will comp us the room but said since we have a 3rd party I have to talk to expediam for my refund since it was booked by a third party.::

Dirtiest room I have ever been in at a hotel. It was so bad my kids begged to stay in car and wouldn’t sit on the bed. Friends had another room that wasn’t dirty but mine was so awful I got another hotel. There was thick food of some sort smeared on the furniture. Stains that were huge and disgusting including what looked like blood. Stains and something black on the bed. The carpet was ripped up in a section. There were something that looked like dead leaves??? On the curtains… the bathroom floor had hair balls on it and in the corners were black. There was toothpaste on the mirror and the tub had a black ring. The walls and doors had nasty hand prints. The elevator buttons did not work and the elevator missed the floor. We had to take a step up out of the elevator. Later I heard someone was stuck in it. When we left we say that even the front sign had a letter falling off.

When I checked in the person was friendly, the problem was when I arrived at the room itwas clean the bed was made up, so wehad to wait for the person at the desk to get the room ready, I guess they were short of help, once in the room, the heat didnt work properly & this was an extremely cold day 13 degrees!!!
