My husband, daughter and I went to west Chester Ohio to visit my family. We decided to book a hotel at Holiday Inn and it was good. The front staffs were very friendly and helpful, the room is nice and clean. Big pool and has gym. If we ever come back to Ohio we would book it again. Thank you Holiday Inn for your hospitality.

Had to request new room due to used q tips on the floor, bath tub was not clean, towels and sheets had stains on them and holes in them. Will not be staying there again.

Nice experience
Hotel is extremely clean, staff is very helpful and friendly. This is a personal preference, but our room was very warm, even with the heat set to 60. There was some extremely loud and obnoxious guests who arrived around 1030pm in the room above us and I finally relented at 1230am and called the front desk to ask them to please keep it down. The person I spoke with was extremely polite and within in minutes the noise stopped and we were able to get a few hours of sleep before having to check out and go home. Will definitely stay again when we are in town.

Like the room nice and spacious & the amenities hairdryer, Dove soap and shampoo. Spacious room. Tv could be bigger and easier to operate with guides & should have a continental breakfast. As much as they charge you for the room breakfast should be included. Otherwise all was good.

No complementary breakfast, yet they wanted $8.95 for breakfast. And it was worse than any complementary breakfast I'd ever had! I phoned the front desk in the morning asking for more body wash, coffee and to have the garbages emptied. Almost 12 hours later we returned to the room and none of these requests had been fulfilled. We had to call again. And the hotel was not busy at all, so no excuses there. Just poor service.

A great stay
The room and bathroom were spacious and comfortable. The king bed was great. The room had blackout shades, nice! Only complaint was that the room faced the highway so it was a bit noisy, but oh well

It was a nice clean place. Had to pay extra ontop of advertised rate. Also an 8.95 extra for breakfast... is was stale, cold and very basic. Could be a nice place just no one goes thete.

The hotel was modern and clean. Staff were helpful and friendly. Only negative was breakfast, which I expected to be better since it cost extra. It was much like a free breakfast at a lower quality hotel.
