Very clean and extremely quiet. Great beds. Loved the blackout blinds! Good variety of choices for the complimentary breakfast. The newer digital thermostat was a bit confusing to set, there were no cups/glasses in washroom, and the phone did not work. None of these were shop stoppers for me, and I would recommend this hotel.

Stayed at this hotel for an event at liberty center. Hotel was clean and well maintained. Quiet environment and plenty of parking availability. Definitely would stay again!

Went to breakfast approx. 8:45am. Not much out, no eggs, pancake machine not working. Most dishes empty. Asked employee in area if they were bringing out more as breakfast ran until 10am. She walked away without saying anything. Waited a little longer and asked front desk. They said they would be brining out more shortly. About 10 mins later, employee came out and started taking away breakfast items. Said breakfast is over. Asked front desk for manager, said there were not any but gave me number of one to call. Called and left message. Still no return call. Employees did not have any clue what was happening or any desire to provide customer service. Hotel was clean and new.
