Def bird poop and cigarettes pumps in balcony not clean. Restroom smelled like urine and old mold. Carpet was dirty and stain.

After booking a room thru Expedia we received a call from the hotel stating they did not have any rooms available but the charge from Expedia is still being processed.

Room was very nice and clean. Beds were comfy. Some staff was excellent and friendly, some was not as friendly. Breakfast was good with lots of options.

Very tight parking unless you return to the hotel quite early. We did not get room service at all. Threshold cover at bathroom floor was split and easily tripped on, light at desk broken. desk was inconveniently black, making black things (which is almost everything - phones, etc) you lay on desk hard to see from just a few feet away. Not sure I will every stay here again.We did not receiver room service during our 4 night stay.Was told having difficulty getting housecleaning employees.

We stopped at your hotel on the first night of a long drive from Canada to Tampa Fl. for a cruise. We were welcomed at arrival and the hotel was very clean and comfortable. As always, the complimentary breakfast was delicious and the staff member in the breakfast area was pleasant and helpful.

Holes in the bed sheets, dirty floors, face prints on the window, peeling paint, mold in the shower. Oh, and they tried to charge me $75 for a pet fee that is only listed as $35 on Expedia. Thanks to Expedia for resolving the situation, but unhappy with Holiday Inn.

The bed and pillows were good. I liked the chaise lounge and large desk. Staff was good, especially the friendly person who worked in the breakfast area. My biggest complaint is that there were A LOT of dogs. Barking at midnight woke me up one night.

Great stay
Super clean and comfy beds! Awesome breakfast! Expected maybe some bagels and coffee and cereal but there was a great spread of hot foods and so many options! Our toilet did break during our stay and would not flush but we just used the one off of the hallway on the first floor and notified staff at checkout. Overall a great stay!
