Clean, comfortable stay for a family trip to Kings Island’s Winterfest. The rooms were large and modern and the breakfast area was clean and well stocked. Would definitely stay here again.

Stayed with two young kids, good place to stay for families. Breakfast options are decent. One negative was that the elevator had the smell of marijuana, housekeeping staff was helpful.

Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service
The comforter to one of our beds was dirty so I simply called the operator to ask for another one to be brought up. She was not friendly at all and said “you’ll have to give me a minute”. She then hung up didn't ask if I needed anything else or anything. The room wasn’t terrible but I’ve stayed at better. I always check my beds and check for bed bugs or need bug evidence….I did NOT do anything but I did not like that the mattresses were not fully encased like other hotels. The box spring and under the mattress was dirty with old chips and stuff so it was gross under there but the top was clean…. Enough I guess. Lobby was clean and hotel was nice and quite and we felt safe. Good area but wasn’t super happy with the beds or the sheets. Beds were comfortable though. Btw I think the stain was likely an old one so the covers just need to be thrown out if they can’t get clean. Probably wouldn’t stay again unless in a real pinch

We have stayed at Homewood Suites at least 7 times over the years. Overall the service is good, but this time in our 8 day stay we received no housekeeping!!! In addition the WiFi was spotty throughout our whole stay and would drop frequently almost every day except 2. Breakfast was good, but for some reason the coffee was never very hot. Front desk was friendly as usual. We will be back in the Cincy area next year, but want stable Internet service and the room cleaned more frequently if we are to book your facility again.

Night front desk young lady was great and morning front desk lady was exceptional and both so friendly and helpful room deposit was refunded immediately and room was spacious and very clean and had everything we needed. Was a bit shocked when a housekeeper walked right into our room without knocking while I was getting dressed in the morning before I’d even eaten breakfast as was not close to check out time but I let the front desk know. Pitt putt and games they have on hand was great for the kids. Beds are great. Couch and chair great too. Plenty of electric outlets and two plug in for our cell phones. Breakfast had a lot of choices but no hash browns or potatoes. ( I’m allergic to eggs) coffee was good. And they have tea options. Loved the full size refrigerator in the room. Great for gallon of milk or drinks. Location is right by a blaze pizza I highly recommend to eat at and many restaurants and only a short drive to theme park. We usually stay at drury inn a block away but we tried this and we’re only disappointed they don’t have a hot tub and the pool water is very cold but we might be staying here due to the offers of putt putt for the kids and all the games and etc they have and the friendliness and help from the staff . Beautiful room honestly and you don’t need anything ( other than a hot tub or warm pool lol) Very nice place

It was extremely noisy! Maybe we just came on a bad weekend, but there were unsuperivised children running around every part of the hotel the evening we checked in.
Aside from that, th hotel was very nice, clean, and comfortable. Breakfast was great!

Really nice hotel. Very spacious and I love the little kitchen area. It’s very clean and quite and the staff was fanominal phenomenal!

The air conditioner broke and the Maintence staff tried to fix it but could not. I asked them what to do since it was 82 degrees in the room and they said “open the windows”. I then went down to the front desk to see about changing rooms and they it was “sold out” for the night, but after looking online there were multiple rooms stilll available. Will never be back to this property! I get it things break, but at least try to offer a solution.

Nice size room. We had the double queen with the full kitchen. We stayed for 4 nights so it was so nice to have a full refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker.
Didn’t care for the bathroom designed with the sink separate from the shower/toilet area.
Overall staff was friendly; many did not speak much English, so all requests has to be made to the front desk.
Breakfast had a nice variety, but flavor was just ok; most tasted way over cooked. Food was kept well stocked.
We appreciated the “quiet after 10” policy. Guests seem to be compliant.
Workout center was nice; good variety and clean.
Location was wonderful; very close to several attractions.
