"Check in was amazing. The young girl who helped me check in was so attentive and pleasant. We were traveling with a recently handicapped person and she went out of her way to make sure both rooms were close enough to assist if needed. Rooms were very comfortable. Beds were so comfortable that i melted into them. The only issue was a broken remote so we had to manually change the tv and we found long black hair in various places in the bathroom, on the towels and bed. I think this has become the norm as we see it often when traveling. All the staff i had the pleasure of encouraging were so pleasant. The hospitality was home grown and not forced. It made our stay even better knowing we weren't facing difficult people. If in the area, we'll definitely be staying again. "

"The hotel was very nice. And the food was delicious. We had room service dinner and breakfast. The only down side is the noise from the traffic if you open your balcony door. the noise is deafening. If you keep the balcony door closed you don't hear anything. "
