Nice

Nice place, would stay again. Very comfortable and relaxing rooms. A few off the heezy yells downstairs but it stopped by 9. Good news is it sounded like they were having fun. Great area, so fresh and so clean.

Excellent

We came down for one night for Valentine's Day and the stay was comfortable and it was peaceful. Only complaint is the EARLY checkout. Check in was 3p so I feel checkout should be atleast 2p instead of 12p. Had to find other activities to do because of early checkout. Overall great hotel!

Poor experience at a hotel I used to like

I stayed here last year and had a good experience. That was not the case this year. Checked in fine. Was given a room right across from the elevator on the 5th floor. Rooms are nicely laid out and modern. beginning of the problems: wifi is awful. did not work well or at all. The tv had dead pixels and would flicker often. Early on in our stay, we started smelling marijuana in our room. It started off light but then the smell grew and in a minutes are room wreaked of it. We couldn't figure out which room the smell was coming from but we called the front desk to alert them of the problem. They were slow to respond and i went down to talk to them in person. They said they would be handling it. Not sure how. So since my room now smelled like a Bob Marley concert I wanted a new room. I was told that they were sold out that night and that they could've moved me. Someone from the Hyatt staff came up to my room and verified that the stench was overwhelming. I basically had to beg to be moved to another room and sure enough they went from being sold out to having 3 rooms available. I picked a new room on the first floor edge of the hallway to make sure I was away from the smell. I moved all my stuff from the old room to the new room and the new room was fine. Other than loud people going in/out of the building since our new room was right next to a side entrance to the hotel. in our new room, the stay was okay. struggled with room temp all night. Free bad breakfast in the morning.

Great Accommodations.

Had a good visit with my son and grandsons. This was a half way meeting point from his home and my home. Kids enjoyed the pool and The adjoining rooms. I would stay there again. Very accommodating staff.

love the hotel ...too noisy at night

Everything good except hotel was not very busy but I was still given a room next to a few families with several children who were still awake at 1 am. Maybe I should have complained at the time..but I thought some foresight could have made this a non-issue.

This was a great stay very nice motel in a very great price very clean room the staff was amazing and the breakfast was top notch would definitely stay here again and the pricing was phenomenal

Visit with family weekend

Wonderful friendly and helpful staff. checked in late and Jennifer was so kind and inviting. Breakfast was fabulous, great coffee and extremely big clean rooms.
