Exceptional Service for an Economy Hotel

I was very pleasantly surprised with the professionalism of staff, cleanliness, and comfort at this hotel. My only complaint is that there is no better way to get to the "high rise" part of the hotel property from the registration desk except up a very steep hill. This is fine if you have a car, however, I was dropped off by airport transportaion service and had to walk it. Perhaps the Imperial House could offer a "shuttle" to the top of the hill property for those travelers arriving without their own transportation.

An average hotel with acceptable accomodations. Room charges for its quality level are a little high. A restaurant is available on site.
