hotel from hell!

After a courtsy call from me about my late check in, I arrive at midnight. After waiting 15 minutes while one person checked in a woman, three employees at the desk, my turn. The other employees leave. The one remaining tells me she can't check me in and calls for another staff. He comes to tell me the hotel was overbooked and I have to go to another hotel. They call a taxi for me while I watch them check in another late arrival. Taxi takes over 20 minutes to get there. Never received an explanation on while I was refused a room while two other late arrivals where checked in. I offered to pay more for a room and still refused. I had booked this through Expedia.
