DisappointingPosted Oct 22, 2015
The room was very warm and the air conditioning wouldn't stay on. No fridge or microwave in the room either. I haven't been to a hotel that didn't have these things standard in years. We used the paper cups and the shampoo/conditioner the first night and they were never replaced. They don't even have liners in the trash cans. Yuck! I got the feeling from the front desk staff that the room was sub par because I got a deal from a third party. Overall, very disappointing.

La Quinta Labor Day WeekendPosted Sep 8, 2015
Pros: clean, comfortable
Hotel was full but the staff did an excellent job of keeping everyone happy. Sports teams in town for a tournament ate a LOT of food but the staff was prepared. Cudo's!!

Looks can be deceiving!Posted Aug 28, 2015
The room looked nice upon entering, but when it came time to go to bed, the sheets were dirty! There was hair in the tub. Not ours - as we are of a different ethnic background of the color and texture of the individual's hair that was left behind. Someone did come right away to correct these wrongs and was apologetic. The next morning as we were about to begin our day, we thought the cleaning person was coming to clean our room as her cart was outside our room. We left and came back three hours later, and our room still wasn't cleaned! We shared this with the front desk as he was talking with the cleaning person. When we returned that evening, luckily for us the room was clean. Wow!

Hotel in need of upgrade. Very musty.Posted Aug 25, 2015
Reserved a room with 2 doubles. Room smelled awful, immediately triggered allergy attack. Hotel was sold out of rooms with doubles so the front desk moved us to a king suite on the 1st level. Room was musty but 100 times better than original room reserved for us. Only downside was 1 bed. Had to use sleeper sofa which was very uncomfortable. Breakfast was scarce. No butter, jelly or peanut butter for toast. No syrup for waffles. Hotel was too expensive for the uncomfortable experience.

Front desk folk are really helpful. Due to circumstances we had to increase our stay at short notice and there were no issues accomodating us without need to vacate our room.

Ugh - Disgusting!!!!Posted Aug 20, 2015 on Hotels
The staff was nice but the hotel room and grounds were disgusting. The carpets were flithy and the walls and ceilings had water stains. There were gnats in the room and breakfast area. It was simply dirty. If I had not prepaid through hotels.com, then I would have walked out. I have stayed at LaQuinta Inn previously and the rooms were just fine. Do NOT book a room here. Ugh.

DirtyPosted Aug 17, 2015 on Hotels
The tub was dirty, mold on ceiling but we only stayed overnight traveling. If I would have had to spend more than a short time we would have changed hotels
