The perfect stay

I've been in the hospitality industry for 27 years and currently travel with my job doing just this. This hotel was amazing the staff were incredibly nice the room was impeccably clean if I'm ever in the area this will be my go to hotel.

Easy access off highway

Nice clean hotel off major highway. Many convenient locations to shop and eat in the area.

Nice in all regards except breakfast. Lacking in variety (had the same food every day on our 4 night stay) although better than some. In addition, when breakfast ends at 9 am and they run out of food at 8:56 am, the staff refused to refill. Room was clean and beds were comfortable.

Wonderful Staff and wonderful service

Pros: The staff, the beds and the breakfast!
Cons: Plumbing and removal of wall paper and a fresh coat of paint. Perhaps a good steam cleaning of the carpet.
Location: We were attending a family reunion so most of the time was with family about 20 min from hotel. There was lots of good shopping in the vacinity.
My daughters and granddaughter shared the room with me when we were in Cincinnati for a family reunion. We really enjoyed our reunion and the beds were very comfortable. the staff were very accommodating. The hotel is older and the rooms could do with an upgrade. It appeared that there had been a leak in our ceiling (not during our stay). Our toilet overflowed in the middle of the night and a plumber was not immediately available. It was eventually fixed and there was some inconvenience but the staff were wonderful.

Great place, will return again. Staff was friendly, hotel was clean. Pool was nice but needs a few minor repairs.

Friendly staff and rooms were nice.

Nice front desk staff that was able to help with our early check-in. Rooms were nice as was the whole hotel. Free bfast was what you'd expect from a hotel and it had a nice outdoor pool.

Nice hotel but....

The hotel is nice. The area the hotel is in is a little iffy. The staff was polite. The rooms were nice and clean and comfy. The only major downside for m family was breakfast. It was free, however, the food was not that great. The eggs and sausage were gross. One of my kids almost threw up after eating one bite of the eggs because they tasted that gross. There were other options to eat such as pancakes and biscuits and gravy but the first morning they were out of pancakes, the second morning they were out of gravy completely. We ended up having to leave and get breakfast somewhere else. Other than that, the hotel was great.

I should have stayed here my whole trip. I went to another hotel to finish my trip and it was terrible.

Great Hotel and Nice Location

We loved this hotel! The rooms were small but very nice. The bathrooms had a nice vanity area for makeup and getting ready. They also have Bath and Body Works toiletries! This made staying with others in the hotel room very easy. It was a nice area of Cincinnati and I felt very safe. The breakfast was very good with lots of options. This hotel was a great value and we would stay again.
