The property was very well kept up and clean. It was in walking distance of our venue. We could just park at the hotel and walk to the convention center.

The woman who checked us in was nothing short of extraordinary. She was very sweet, patient and polite. There was a faint bleach smell that seemed to always linger . Not the hotels fault but also a dog that woke me up a couple doors down from ours.

Stayed here for 3 nights . Pool was nice although we were told after 10 pm it was adults only in the pool area . And a bunch of kids were in there around 11 pm splashing and we just left because we couldn't enjoy the saposed adult time.

This hotel is great! The staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was clean. The reason I did not give it a 5 star overall was the pool. It’s very nice and I love the fire pits, but the water was very cloudy and the water was too cold for me to stay in. We stayed here once before and the pool was advertised as heated, but the water was like ice on that trip. This time, I did not see that it was advertised as heated, and while it wasn’t as cold as the first time, I feel like a heater would be a great investment.

After 1 night, I had to be moved out of my room. The carpet under the desk was soaking wet and they told me it's because the boiler room is directly next to ours and it was a known issue. We move into our next room and you can see footprints in the bathroom and was super sticky to walk on. Like pop was spilled and dried but never mopped when cleaning the room. I asked for a mop and it took them over 20 minutes to try to find one (which they couldn't) and someone came with a towel and spray to clean it by hand. That there tells me they dont mop the floors between hotel guests. The beds in the 2nd bedroom were rock hard and extremely uncomfortable. The bathtub knob wouldn't stay up when turning the shower on. It had to be twisted a certain way after being pulled up and it still fell down whole trying to take a shower, which turned the shower off. My stay was terrible and definitely will never stay here again!

This hotel is at a very convenient location just off I77. Room was clean and all staff members were professional and friendly. The pool area was nice. The breakfast was delicious and have a variety of choices. We will definitely stay here again on our next Cincinnati trip.

This entire stay was fabulous! The actual spaces are well represented in the pictures! We utilized the pool and gym - both were clean and welcoming. These were the most comfortable beds we have slept on in a hotel. Tyre was especially helpful about the hotel and where to visit/get food. We are actually looking forward to visiting again!

This hotel was conveniently located just off the highway. After a long 8 hour drive and a quick bite to eat, we had the best sleep in what was maybe the most comfortable bed ever!

I thought this property was a great value for the price! Very clean, staff was very nice and personable. The food for breakfast was great many options! The dining area was nice, we liked the way the hotel was set up. The pool was amazing! Big and nice, a lot of options for seating around the pool. Two fireplaces to sit by! We would definitely stay again!

I had to stay here with my 4 kids for 3 days while my main sewer line was being repaired. It was close to my house and I was pleasantly surprised to find this gem that I had never heard of. The price was great. The staff was polite and helpful, literally every one of them. It really felt like a vacation! The pool was beautiful and my kids had a blast. The pool area was well kept and the guests are able to turn on the fire pits. I believe the only downfall is that it's right by the sharonville convention center so we ended up being there at the same time as a cheer competition. 30 kids in the pool at one time gets a little rowdy!!! However the staff does keep an eye on them, which I appreciated when they came in and politely asked them to stop the cheer stunts in the pool. (It was getting a little dangerous) I would definitely recommend this place. I may return just for the pool and delicious FREE breakfast.
