Nice hotel

Staff are nice, hotel close all, very covenince .but gym maybe they are fixing now, the equipment get less, I will see next month when I come again they add some or not.

Tired Old Hotel

Pros: Nothing.
Cons: The entire hotel could be improved.
Location: Everything is very close.
The location is nice but the overall condition of the hotel is tried and worn. There are better places to stay. Bad carpet in rooms, stains, old furniture--old everything. The bathrooms are really bad. A Motel 6 is probably more modern.

Close to downtown but hotel very dated.

The hotel was clean but everything had a lot of wear and tear. I had to leave after first night.

Nice for the price

Nice for the price but then again if you add the parking fee . A little pricey

good stay

Pros: Cost and location
Cons: Valet check out
The hotel met my needs as far as the location to my event. My room was clean and met my needs with the climate control and TV. The valet service when I was checking out seemed very disorganized and took longer than expected to get out.

Nice Hotel for Downtown Cincy

Pros: The staff was very accommodating, the place was very clean.
Cons: The WiFi was out but they got it fixed by the time we left.
Location: VERY convenient to everything downtown.
The staff was really nice and got us an early check-in. The room met our needs. The place was clean and in good order. Was disappointed that they were working on the WiFi so I wasn't able to use it until the day we left. I would definitely stay here again.

Great location

Really nice hotel. Would recommend to a friend to stay. The place lost a star though because at 8am we were woken up by a knock on the door. It was housekeeping. We only stayed one night so was annoyed because we were checking out that day so they should've waited until 11.
