I didn’t like the dirty exterior, the dirty INTERIOR of the building. The room wasn’t a room I reserved.. my key didn’t work 3 times in two days.. THE HOTEL STAFF SWIPED MY CARD TWICE AND STOLE MY MONEY, then argued for an hour… I paid 135 in overdraft fees.. thanks, I’ll make sure to tell all of my soldiers in the military to never come there again

We reserved a room with a King bed, but when we arrived, he said they didn't have any King beds, so he gave us 2 doubles instead. Really? Why did you allow us to reserve a King room when you didn't have any? The room was okay, but the bedside table between the 2 beds was fixed to the wall, but the middle portion of the wall (a panel attached to the wall that the table was then attached to) was not affixed securely, so when we put things on the bedside table, they soon slid off and onto the floor. Ridiculous! The breakfast was sad. I wouldn't recommend staying here.

Our room needed some basic maintenance - so did the rest of the building - the pool was also pretty green and closed. Breakfast was not great. No fruit at all. Biscuits and gravy for the hot option, but the biscuits were hard. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable and we got a great nights sleep. This was a fine overnight stay, but it would not have been good if we had been counting on using the ammenities.

The only reason I gave them a second Star was for how polite the front desk was when in I cancelled my second night's stay and asked for a different room for the first night because it was so late. It definitely wasn't because of the empty liquor bottles behind the bed, the amount of dust and dirt built up in all corners of our room, not for the fridge not working, handprints on the mirrors, and by no means was it for the already used and spit out globs of toothpaste on the bathroom sink.

First room was dirty and toilet wasn't bolted to the floor. Second room had a broken safety door lock and the nightstands had come unbolted from the wall so they drooped and things slid off of them. Shower head leaked so bad that half the water poured out the sides.

Staff was horrible. Does not offer breakfast as claimed. My child found a crack pipe behind the bed and staff did nothing to better the situation. Bed was comfortable.

The employees were not friendly, acted bothered with every step of my check in. The beds comforters were stained with red sause everywher. The hot breaakfast was cold. I ended up taking my granddaughhter to mcdonald's for breeakfast before her competion. I asked fro a reciept and they woulb not supply me with one, even afater asking multipy times.

Alright If you have to stay
The room we were in was slightly remodeled but still a high price for the hotel. If I had more research and more money I wouldn’t have stayed! The leather chair was worn, the toilet was messed up the next day and the guy had to rig it. It still leaked some.. The garbage can in the room was cracked, We saw one roach in the hallway when we checked out.. Bed covers were worn, refrigerator was old and the microwave.

Good deal for the money
I booked on hotels.com for one price but when I checked in the price was much more. The receptionist was about to fix the price, but it still turned out to be a dollar or two more than the booking price, which I can't really complain about. Check in was simple and the hotel was clean.

Convenient location. Easy check-in. Very clean room and the hotel in general was very clean. Hotel grounds also clean. Didn't realize they had a pool, didn't use it but it looked fine. Small fitness room as well. My only issue was the water took forever to get warm. I turned it on and left it running for 15 minutes to get decent warm (not exactly hot) water.
