There was a couple arguing and throwing things. Front desk was called, nothing was done. They went until 2am. Will not come back to this place based on how they handled complaints and just showed no regard. Plus if you want snacks, bring your own. Or you can drive to the front that’s not connected to the actual hotel and get overpriced snacks that you can find at your local corner store for way less.

I paid for two rooms. One with a fireplace and one without. I paid extra for a fireplace just to be told when I get there, they don’t have any logs for the fireplace and we can go to Lowe’s and pick some up if we want some to burn. Myself no problem. I bring them the receipt just to be told we don’t do refunds for the wood. (You all suggested that) so I paid extra for a fireplaces room and went and bought my own wood just for me to be comfortable in your establishment is just not sitting well with me.

The past weekend I stayed here with my son and 2 friends, the night before we checked out someone cut the catalytic converter off my vehicle in the parking lot.. No outside cameras and nothing to be done about it , staff didn’t even seem suprised. I seen a roach inside my room crawling on the bathroom floor. Not as good as the pictures made it seem.

I found blood on my bed linen. Also the toliet bowl had a ring of rust inside of the toliet. The silverware had rust on it. The water was cold so you have to run it for a hour just to shower, I called the front desk and no one showed up to clean the toilet. If they property complete some minor upgrades the quality of the brand could improve drastically. Besides those things the stay is decent.

It was a nice room it just had a horrible smell when i first came in and then latwr in the night i couldnt sleep due to the walls being too thin...if you know what i mean
