Sweet Suite

Our stay was very enjoyable thanks to the spacious suite, friendly staff, convenient location, indoor pool for the kids and excellent room service. We stayed there over Christmas and still our room was always restocked with fresh towels and tidied up daily. Thanks to those dear people who had to work on Christmas!

Nice hotel and staff

This is a very nice facility. My room was very spacious and comfortable. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. My only complaint is my room was by the highway and I heard a LOT of road noise all night. If I were to stay here I would make sure it is at the opposite end of the hotel.

It was ok, housekeeping really did not do anything besides make the bed. Trash was not emptied and toilet was not replaced when there was not any

Very nice

A lot of room, kings island trip.

A lot of room for all of us, stayed here for a king island trip, about a 6 minute drive.

Nice clean little hotel

Great little hotel for an overnight stay. We were going to Kings island Halloween Haunt and didn't want to do the 2 hour drive back home at 1am. The hotel was close enough to Kings Island but still kind of tucked away. Enjoyed a complimentary breakfast the next morning. I'm sure I'll be back on my next trip.

Kings Island Trip

Room was clean, quiet & comfortable (including the beds). Breakfast was average hotel breakfast fare - liked that it was open until 11:00am (we're not early morning people). Pool was clean & water warm enough. Only negative was that WiFi wasn't available as their router was bad & they were waiting on a new one to be delivered & installed the next day which didn't help us since we were only there for one night.

Nice hotel, close to Kings Island.

Pros: Proximity to Kings Island, room size and accommodation, price. Nice staff.
Cons: Pool was too small to enjoy. Breakfast was pretty skimpy. Room cleanliness - found child's toy by the bed that housekeeping somehow missed.
Location: Close to King's Island, restaurants, shopping plaza.
Hotel was close to Kings Island (reason for our trip). Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was perfect - 2 doubles and a pull out couch which was great space for our group of adults/children. Two TV's were a nice surprise, so both boys and girls could watch their own respective shows without arguing. Microwave and min-fridge were also convenient.
