Sweet Suite

Our stay was very enjoyable thanks to the spacious suite, friendly staff, convenient location, indoor pool for the kids and excellent room service. We stayed there over Christmas and still our room was always restocked with fresh towels and tidied up daily. Thanks to those dear people who had to work on Christmas!

Nice hotel and staff

This is a very nice facility. My room was very spacious and comfortable. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. My only complaint is my room was by the highway and I heard a LOT of road noise all night. If I were to stay here I would make sure it is at the opposite end of the hotel.

It was ok, housekeeping really did not do anything besides make the bed. Trash was not emptied and toilet was not replaced when there was not any

A lot of room, kings island trip.

A lot of room for all of us, stayed here for a king island trip, about a 6 minute drive.

Clean and comfortable with some issues

Pros: Clean, Comfortable, friendly staff
Cons: Size of breakfast area. Put bathroom sink inside the bathroom not in the hallway with the bed.
Location: Lots of shopping and restaurant options in very close proximity to the hotel.
Firstly, the hotel is very nice and clean. The room is spacious. I had 2 main issues that would make me not stay there again. 1) The room has the bathroom sink outside of the bathroom itself. I really find this annoying. Some older hotels still have this setup and was surprised that this newer hotel also had this. The issue is if someone gets up early to get ready for the day, they are washing and getting ready right in front of the bed where someone is trying to sleep. Secondly, I find it disgusting to think that someone has used the bathroom and has touched the door handle with their unclean hands to get to the sink outside of the bathroom. 2) The second issue was the breakfast area is tiny. The tables are crammed together like sardines. The area is just too small for the size of the hotel. If neither of these are an issue for you, then I would recommend the hotel.

The people was Snape, unfriendly

They a a problem with there drains ,keep backing up, the hidabed was in bad shape. Not a good place to stay. I'm a truck driver I have been in a lot of places, this was up there with the bad ones. Would not stay again.

Very comfortable

The beds were very comfortable best I've felt under 5*. Great hot breakfast, very fresh! No old dunuts or Danish or rubber eggs room was much bigger than all the other chains in the area
