We checked in on December 16, 2016 for one night as we were visiting Camping World the next morning.
The hotel itself and our room were laid out very nice and inviting.
However, upon inspection of our toilet there was something brown and nasty water sitting in the bowl. When we tried to flush it the toilet didn't flush very well and when we finally did get it down, it left a brown ring around the bowl.
I went down and informed the desk clerk and she said she didn't have any maintenance staff on duty and offered us another room down the hall. However, at this point my wife had got the toilet to flush better and our 10 year old daughter had settled in for the night so we stayed in the same room.
The next morning the manager offered to knock something off our stay but when she found out we had booked through "a third party, Expedia", she said she couldn't do anything. She did give me her card to call back and get some Marriott reward points toward another stay.
