Excellent location, walking distance

Very close to many city venues, convention center, fountain square, great restaurants, ballpark. Perfect for Flying Pig Marathon. Parking very easy, no need for valet. The best beds in the world. Quiet rooms, secure. Staff was very helpful when I realized I left something in our room after we already checked in. They were a life saver!

It was nice and quiet. I wasn't impressed with the cleanliness in the bathroom. It could've been cleaner.

Great hotel for catching a baseball game

Great stay. Huge room and parking was only $17 overnight. Only complaint is the room had double beds and not queen.

Great weekend stay

Room modern and very clean. Central location for Reds game. Short walk to OTR. Secure location; can't get to rooms without activating a keycard lockout in the elevator. WiFi is not free. Desk staff could be a little friendlier... almost made me feel like I was in NYC.

The staff there is very rude. I called the billing department to complain about charges and they hung on me. I've tried reaching Kathleen the manager and she still hasn't returned my phone call. I will never stay at this hotel again
