The visit was an overnight stay. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

Center of town overlooking Fountain Square. Rooms were clean and quiet. Staff was very helpful.

Nice hotel close to everything

Me and my sister went down for a bengals game and the hotel was super nice bed was comfy and room was clean. The hotel was next to everything that you need

Cons: Include breakfast for the prices
It was nice, pricey but fine. We prefer free breakfast for this price.

Nice hotel - Except!

Awesome hotel and very close to everything in Downtown you'd like to do and see. Only issue I had was the beggers that swarm you in the lobby adjacent to the hotel.

Great view of fountain square. Hotel is in need of a facelift. Your heavenly beds are not heavenly.

Expensive stay and get little

My Stay at the Westin was a nightmare. I pre paid for my room, which was not cheap. I tried to give my credit card when they needed it and the computer wasn't working. The lady said it was ok. I later came down to purchase some Soda from the little store only to find out I was unable to purchase w cash unless my credit card was on file. I had cash to purchase my sodas!!!! I had tried to give my card but their machine wash broken when I checked in. Not to mention our sheets had blood stains when I got there. So I called about it, and when she came to change the sheets, she didn't wait for me to answer she just barged in after one knock. She then questioned me about the sheets only to be prove wrong that we had a stain onlyr sheets. Not happy. And later we couldn't even ride the escalator bc it was BROKEN!!!! For the money I paid, Jesus it Sucked. I was even charged wifi for the amount of $9.99. What a joke.
