Nice staff

The staff was very helpful and nice. My major issues was the beds could be a bit more comfortable. I also would recommend that housekeeping should bring clean bed sheets and wash rags and towels daily.

Responsible for your own sheets and trash

I think it should be listed that you are responsible for taking your bedding to the front desk if you want clean bedding. If you want clean towels you must also take these to the front desk to get clean ones as well. They should also let you know that they have a 3rd floor that is all smoking aloud and should ask if you want smoking or mon smoking when reserving a room. Also it should state that you must prepay for the entire stay at the front t desk before you are aloud to check in and it is non-refundable other than that the rooms are good for one person males. You have two plastic chairs to sit on so the bed is the only thing that is softer than the chairs there are times when no one is at the front desk and the window is shut and this makes you feel uncomfortable when we reserved the room it was for two beds we got the smallest room when we got there. We're told they would move us to a room with two beds the next day and did not. We left after 3 days and shockingly they refunded our money after it was made clear that they do not do that. But because they didn't correct their mistake and we were placed on smoking floor and connected to a room that had smokers non stop which made us ill. It is for sure those who just need a small closet to sleep in and no frills for sure ,but si flew men perfect

Noise from above

First floor room, so I expected some noise from above me. However it was constant heavy walking and chairs scraping across the floor all day long and until about 4 am every day.

NEVER, EVER STAY HERE. DISHONEST STAFF

Pros: Good location, too bad they have a criminal mentality
Cons: Start with some fairness to your travelers and be honest
Location: Stay at other hotels at exit, not WoodSpring Suites
Booked this hotel with Cheap Tickets last Monday afternoon online. Prepaid with extra coupon for best rate. Received email confirmation from Cheap Tickets. Arrived at WoodSpring Suites only to be turned away as staff stated they had no rooms available (over-booked) and were not accepting walk-ins or reservations from any site. I asked how to obtain my refund from Cheap Tickets and they stated "No Problem", as we will not bill them as we have no more rooms. Checked into local Red Roof Inn. Submitted refund request to Cheap Tickets and WoodSpring Suites stated they had plenty of rooms and would not permit refund. If they did have rooms, why were they turning about 10-people away as I attempted to check in. Dishonest staff that does not value any customer service or deserve your money. Look elsewhere!

Not a bad place but room for improvement

Cons: Use a TV provider you can get a schedule for online
Location: Easy to get to. Several restaurants near if you are brave enough to walk across the busy road with no crosswalks
There are a lot of places close by but the area isn't very walking friendly. No sidewalks, no crosswalks. The breakfast restaurant (Scrambler Maries) next door is a good place to eat and reasonable prices. A extended stay motel should have a comfortable chair for watching TV, they don't. It was a non smoking room but the room reeked of it. The TV had no local or national guides that matched up with the channel line up and if I'm going to be in a extended stay motel I want to be able to look at a guide and know what's on. The manager was very nice and took considerations of my complaints and intended to pass along to corporate. They have good weekly rates that you won't see online but not sure the daily rate would be worth it.

No-frills, easy location.

Pros: Cheap, good location.
We needed a no-frills hotel close to the Interstate. This worked well.
