Good Place to Stay

Pros: Easy access from the interstate. Good complimentary breakfasts.
Location: Good places to eat nearby such as Rafferty's and Cracker Barrel.
We enjoyed our stay. Roomy and comfortable. The only complaints I have are (1) upon arrival we noticed water in the tub in one of our adjoining rooms - perhaps the stopper was messed up, (2) our toilet paper wasn't restocked so we had to get more, and (3) the faucets were set too far back on the vanity from the sink bowls. Other than those issues, everything was wonderful!

Hotel offers extended parking for CVG for no charge when booking directly. Booking with Expedia resulted with 35 dollars extra charge for 7days parking. Disappointed.

Great hotel to stay at if going to Bengals Game

Pros: The convenience to the stadium, the friendliness of the staff and the overall appearance of the room.
Cons: I did not have a remote control to the tv and the one sent up did not work. Minor inconvenience.
Location: Great location.
The hotel was clean and quite spacious (to my surprise).

The staff wasn’t familiar with the Expedia booking process which caused confusion about how to charge the room. It was rectified, but caused some unnecessary stress and an extra hold to be placed on my credit card. Upon arrival we discovered the whole lobby was under construction. Breakfast was not good and the room that they had relocated the dining area to was dirty. The chairs were all stained and just gross. I knew it was an inexpensive hotel, but I was still disappointed. We were glad we were only staying one night.

Nope. Never Again!

What a freaking dump! Thank goodness it's under renovation but there was no word about it before booking; bad move on their part and the price should have reflected that. But what annoyed me the most is that because the hotel is being renovated, they've decided that managing just doesn't seem to matter either. Front desk people sat on stools and couldn't even stand to check customers in. The gym has equipment in desperate need of service, no wipes to clean off machines~ yuck! Not even a bench to sit. Lobby completely taped off and shrouded in plastic so no breakfast area...go to a meeting room for breakfast? Ugh! Hotel Room was dirty, hair in tub and smelled like someone had smoked in bathroom. Carpet was patched and stained, bed squeaky and ancient. Will never stay here again, even if it is renovated at some point.

Clean hotel with great amenities

Pros: This was one of the cleanest motels we stayed in. The hot breakfast was great!
Cons: More parking space would be helpful.
Location: Conveniently near the airport.
What a great stay! Plenty of hotel and room amenities for travelers. Clean, comfortable rooms, swimming pool, hot breakfast, free WiFi, refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave, cable TV, couch, roominess, ironing board, iron, and plenty of electrical and USB outlets. Th e hotel lobby was under renovation to make the breakfast area even larger but the renovation was not too inconvenient for guests. The only drawback noted was a limited amount of parking space.

Big room, staff was friendly but room was dirty, several spots on carpet from what looks like iron was dropped and burnt spots, dirty walls and couch
