Remodeled hotel looks nice on interior

Pleasant stay. Enjoyed being able to use 24-hr coffee/tea. Unsure why breakfast food is not allowed to be taken back to room. A walking machine in fitness area did not seem to work properly--was stuck in incline position. Would recommend hotel to others and would consider staying there again. I like the effort at "Q-branding" that Quality Inns are doing.

Great place to stay

Requested non-smoking room. Room reeked of smoke.

Pros: Nothing.
Cons: Do not advertise smoking rooms as non-smoking rooms.
Location: No idea.
Upon check-in, entered room. Room reeked of cigarette smoke, in spite of being advertised as a non-smoking room. I am very sensitive to cigarette smoke, with asthma. Asked front desk to find another room, was told the hotel was booked. Front desk gave me a spray bottle, which they claimed would neutralize the air in my room. I returned to my room, sprayed the air and carpets, the spray did nothing to mask the smell of smoke. I had no choice but to stay. I slept horribly, my clothing and hair smelled like smoke, and I woke the next day exhausted, with a terrible headache and sinus irritation. Also, the complimentary breakfast was overtaken by a chartered bus group, most of the food was gone by the time I went to eat breakfast, and all of the tables were booked for over a half hour. I ended up leaving, without eating. Terrible hotel, will not recommend and will not return on future trips.

Nice location

The hotel was in a great location for the activities we had planned. The facility itself is out dated but the rooms were very clean . The staff was very accommodating with professional attitudes at all times. Enjoyed the breakfast very much. Overall we were very happy with our experience.

Pros: Beds and rooms were comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful in directing us to attractions we were visiting.
Cons: Update carpet, but that may be part of the remodel.
Location: Went to Creation Museum and the Ark Encounter.
Hotel was going through some renovation which did not impact the quality of the stay at all.

Used old dirty washcloth hanging over shoe rod. Uncovered plastic cup on floor between bed and nightstand. Black hairs found on what looked to be clean sheets.

Needs to improve!!!!

Cons: All the things that I complained about
Location: The location was great right by the highway
The bed was too hard I did not have a good night sleep. The phone in the room did not work it was plugged up but no dial tone. The microwave looked like if you turned it on it would explode. Last but not least the refrigerator was plugged up but when I opened it up to put my food in it was not cold. Other than that everything else was fine.

Disappointed

Two story hotel has no elevator and we were on the 2nd floor. Ice machines on BOTH floors were out of order and staff seemed unconcerned.
