Close to trains and in a lovely villagePosted Oct 14, 2012 on Hotels
The owner Stefania was very help in pointing out all the things to do in and around the area. Be prepared to walk up hills to get anywhere in Cinque Terre. However Ca di Loca is probably one of the best for not having such a hike up hill. There is a steep staircase to climb to get to the apartment. But it is only about 20 steps. That's good for Cinque Terre. I would recommend packing light. Backpacks would really be ideal when going anywhere in Cinque Terre. It is located on a great street with quaint shops and many restaurants and bakeries to choose from. It is a lively area. So it's perfect for the younger group. There is no Wi-Fi in the apartment, but there is just across the street at the local restaurant where everyone seems to stop in for a drink and a chat.
