We took our family and two drivers (10 adults and 3 kids). When we got there we weren't sure if we were at the right place because there were people inside, but it turns out it was the caretakers family (they live in a separate part of the villa). The villa owner kept in contact with us over whatsapp, provided suggestions for places to visit and was generally super nice and helpful. The villa was big, and clean for the mo0st part, except the kitchen had lots of flys until we got there and started the fans, then all good. After we got there, a young man showed up with a pony and the kids got to ride it for a small fee. Occasionally a vendor would come by with a cart for some food, so it was a very cool experience and the neighborhood was safe and family friendly. The beds were comfortable, the views were pretty good, and the family had a great time. Side note, we used the gps on our iPhones to try and get there and it was a disaster. It turns out that getting there was simple, but our phones took us to God knows where. The villas are accessed via Jl Raya Cimacan, with the exact location of the entrance to the villas located at 6°43'01.5"S 107°01'48.9"E.
Pros: The size, views, and communications with the owner made this a fun stay, along with the endearing neighborhood.
Cons: It took the caretaker a bit to get us a water jug, and we actually bought our own not realizing he would eventually get us one.
Location: Puncak Pass. Enough said.
