"We were informed an hour or so before check in that they had to change the unit booked. The unit given in nothing resembled the one on the pictures. Not worth the price we paid for the unit. Old kitchen, old towels (were white some time ago). After a long trip not even a roll of toilet paper. No more communication with host after check in. Just a terrible experience. "

Upon arriving we were informed that we’d booked the basic package which came with a tent and no sleeping bag or mat. "They canceled the reservation 24 hours before check in. The reason stated was “natural disaster”. This was for the San Fermin festival. I suspect they rented the apartment for a higher fee and simple made up an excuse to cancel my reservation. I rented this on Expedia - in all communications they asked me to “check my VRBO account”. I don't have a VRBO account. Very poor experience."
