Pleasant and good stay for a business trip. A bit crowed at the breakfast but OK though. I have to thank the staff at Park Inn for remembering my birthday and give my a wonderful birthday cake, very well received and I enjoyed it.

Very close hotel to the old city In Tallinn

Posted Apr 30, 2017
Pros: Location, friendliness of the people, good changing the menu
Location: Within 5 walk of the old city in Tallinn - perfect. Extremely friendly and helpful staff who's job it was to make sure everything was satisfying.
We arrived early to join the tour of us The Baltics. We decided to stay and be touring hotel for the extra night. They made it clear that they would keep us in one room for even after the tour guide arrive at no extra charge. The room was simple as would be expected but very clean. The bed Extremely comfortable in the bathroom immaculate… The most in important criteria with the bonus because there was coffee NT available in the room location to the old town was excellent.

Off to a good start but,......

Posted Apr 12, 2017 on Hotels
The hotels is very clean and well fitted out. The rooms are a comfortable temperature, but windows cannot be opened making it stuffy overnight because you have to rely on air conditioning. Our stay got off to a very good start and we were very impressed with the evening meal on the first night. Breakfasts are excellent, with plenty of choice. Unfortunately, when we returned for a second evening meal, service standards dropped considerably. The waitress served mains before starters, ribs were served raw, napkins removed mid-meal, milk was removed before we had chance to put it in coffee and the response was a mini-bottle of Prossecco for one, when none of us were drinking wine. When we asked to see a Duty Manager, we were told no one was availablein the entire hotel and that they'd gone home. When we suggested we would pay the following morning when a manager was available it was suggested that we might somehow run off without paying our bill. To add insult to injury, we then had to put up with a surly barmaid who seem to find something humorous about us to the extent where she involved two female guests at the other end of the bar, leading to some degree of friction. The following morning we did report the issues in the restaurant to the Duty/Hotel Manager. And I should make it clear that none of the previous night's meals were charged. It's a shame really, because otherwise it was a really nice city break in a very pretty, welcoming City.

Christmas Trip to Tallinn

Posted Jan 3, 2017 on Hotels
Love this hotel. My room might have been in the "old" part of the hotel and it may have been a little dated but it was big, clean and tidy. The leisure facilities are great. Nice gym, nice pool's, Jacuzzi's, sauna's, steam room's and fish spa. The coffee bar is very handy and the cakes are top class. Depending on which way you turn, you are only 10 minutes away from the heart of the old town and the Christmas market or 20 minutes away from the seaharbour museum, which is well worth a visit. From check-in till you check out, the staff are all friendly and helpful. I cannot fault this hotel. If you are heading to Tallinn have a good luck at this hotel.
