Excellent location

Posted Aug 1, 2017
Hotel is convenient for walking to the sites of Dublin in a quiet and pretty part of the city. Gym facilities were accessible at a sister hotel across the street. Staff were very helpful although they weren't accurate on costs of attractions and transportation.

Convenient

Had to ask for ice twice on two occasions, otherwise fine. Very convenient location. Airport bus 757 stops across the street, as does the hop-on-hop-off touring bus--great way to see Dublin.

Pros: Location, staff.
Location: A few blocks to Trinity College, Merrion Square, Grafton Street, St. Stephen's Green. Busses stop nearby.
Great location, easy walk to shopping, sights, bus stops, etc. Nice hotel, great breakfast. Room was not huge, but well appointed. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Decent and in city centre

Posted Jul 19, 2017
Paid for breakfast but it was awful. Arrived down at 9.45 and there was food there that had not been replenished (sausages, bacon etc) . There was no bread available (only the toast they gave you) . Food was awful and the fact I'd a pregnancy wife only made the situation worse. We had to go external to get breakfast even though we paid for it at the hotel .

Pros: Looked like a 5 star, entrance area was stunning so great first impression.
Cons: Shower in the room.
Location: Close to trinity college and the book of Kells. St Stephens green a 5 minute walk, gorgeous park. doheny and Nesbitt pub 5 mins away.
Staff were very friendly and helpful, room clean and bed was very comphy. Shower head was not the best but couldn't fault anything else. Overall excellent and would defiantly stay again.

Not a good nights sleep

Posted Jun 29, 2017
Pros: People were helpful and we were quickly moved.
Cons: Food
Good location. Ongoing HVAC renovation and a street facing room made for a pretty bad night. We were moved the next am and had a much better experience.

Very nice!

Pros: Locations, stall helpfulness, clean and comfortable.
Cons: Can't think of anything.
Location: Next to Merrion Square, a very cute park. 5-10 minute walk from Trinity College and lots of other attractions, shopping and restaurants. Super spot!
Very nice hotel. Classic and elegant. Very clean and comfortable. Close to everything and super accessible. Quiet and safe neighborhood. Breakfast isn't cheap, but very good. Staff was very nice and super helpful in booking excursions.
