Very friendly staff and close to all sights.

Pros: Staff and the spa was also good.
Cons: Stairs to get to reception is a bit odd. The stairs in the hotel do creek ! It needs some updating.
Location: Location is brilliant.
The hotel is quirky, but very pleasant. The staff are really wonderful and helpful !

Rooms are nice and clean Noisy but you will expect it Breakfast was bad Buffet not appealing Will never have breakfast there

Location was amazing. Very pricey hotel. Beds had stains and sheets were not clean. Bed was very comfortable. Noisy enough. They do provide earplugs

Dawson in Dublin

Hotel was good, the only downside was the roadworks outside, they are putting in a tram system.

Great City Center Boutique Hotel!

Pros: The location was perfect for my needs.
Cons: The daily 3 flights of stairs was a challenge! Although staff indicated there was a lift available in the back of the hotel, it was not convenient.
Location: Book of Kells, St. Stephan's Green, Grafton Street, Merrion Square, Shopping, Dining & Bars all within a short walk!
Nice size room, close to all the attractions Dublin has to offer. Was greeted warmly, and my room was available to me well before check in time; I really appreciate that when traveling internationally. Daily breakfast was offered as part of my travel package - it was delicious and a GREAT value! I stayed from Tuesday - Friday, so the noise complaints other patrons had did not affect me.

We understand that lift being located only at the rear of the hotel caused some inconvenience during your stay. As our hotel is located in a Georgian building we are limited in terms of material alterations that can be made, and resultantly don’t have a lift in the front of the hotel at this point in time, however, we offer 24-hour porter service if any assistance is required. Nice hotel; great location

Another night away

One night. Hotel offers an Airport transfer but at €75.00 cheaper to walk up to a taxi at the airport cost €27.00

However, please note that it is a meet and greet service with a driver waiting with the guest’s name at the arrivals gate inside the airport. We also always inform our guests that a taxi can be taken from the airport to the hotel, as well as Aircoach/Airlink bus. A night out in The Olympia

My friend stayed here as we were going to a gig in The Olympia which was only a 10 min walk, from the moment we arrived at thw hotel the staff were great, our bags were brought to our room, i will admit it was loud at night but they provided ear plugs which was a great touch and worked a treat, would definitely stay again,

Good Location

Arrived on a very wet cold day greeted by very friendly staff. Room not ready bags taken and locked away while we explored the city. Our room was very nice clean and comfortable we were on the top floor lots of stairs a lift was not readily available. The bed was made on the second day but room was not properly cleaned. The breakfast room was on both days of our stay total chaos. Tables cramped together in a small area to avoid guests sitting at the larger restaurant tables. Only one member of staff was seating guests, serving and making drinks and on each day he couldn't cope! On the second day we were told breakfast started a 7am. As we had an early flight we went at 7 the only food available was cornflakes. At 7.30 fruit salad yoghurts and hot food was brought out very disappointing. Overall the staff were lovely particularly the lovely young lady who was going on a trip to Edinburgh (sorry didn't get her name but she was a credit to the hotel). This hotel could be great but better organisation and more staff are required.
